Bought this because of bad knees and tired of wearing uncomfortable dress shoes, so adopting the old man look lol. Shoes fit and feel wonderful and can walk in comfort. The all black design helps to not stand out so bad when wearing dress clothes. Have read others with problems of coming apart and bad seams due to glue. Have had none of those issues. Will prob buy another pair to have as backup in case they quit making them.

Apparently, New Balance has changed their width sizing. I have MB 608 and NB 623 both size 13 4E and they fit well. The new 608 are much too wide. I'd caution buyers to be prepared to have to exchange NB 608s. Amazon is great in their replacement policy.

i don't care for the gel insoles that come with them. i had to get superfeet green sole/arch supports because the arches are too flat for me and too squishy. the shoes are great but the gel insoles i don't care for...

I LIKE THEM A BIT WIDER THEN THE NORMAL SIZE. THEN I JUST SLIP THEM ON WITH OUT ALL THE TYING.. YOU DO NEED A SHOE HORN OR A FINGER TO DO THAT :)
        THEY ARE NICE FOR WALKING

I used to run quite a lot and New Balance was my choice because of good cushioning, low weight, sturdy construction, an longevity. Now I walk rather than run but NB is still my choice. Reliable fit, very comfortable, and still look well made altho not exclusively in the USA.

These shoes were not the correct size. They were a 7.5 shoe, but they were much smaller than the 623 model 7.5 which I have purchase three pair of over the past few years.

Because I have wide feet, 4E, I am limited to the manufacturer of the type of shoe I can wear. Therefore New Balance gives me the best alternatives, best fit, greatest comfort and excellent shoes.

Stylish great looking sneaker and very well priced. Arrived on time and looks exactly like the picture. Went with my exact sneaker size (11.5) and it fit perfectly. Would recommend these to anyone looking for a well priced stylish looking sneaker.

This would have been a hands down 5 star order, but when I got the shoes, there was this odd color stain on it. I tried to rub it out with a warm washcloth, and you can see that something must have came in contact with it... otherwise it's a steal.

I love the look of these shoes but they didn't fit right and were way too heavy. I usually wear a woman's 10.5 and these were too short in an 11. I often carry an extra pair of shoes and prefer a lighter shoe -- these shoes were really heavy in my tote bag and they actually weighed more than my tote bag filled with lunch, makeup etc.

I LOVE these boots! My mom purchased these for me and I am in love! JUST TO CLARIFY THESE ARE REAL UGGS! Many people are saying they aren't real but they are and I have purchased multiple pairs of uggs from amazon and they are all authentic! These boots are so cozy and are like walking on clouds. I love adding these to my small ugg collection and they fit beautifully. I suggest buying a size smaller than your regular shoe size because they stretch out half a size. (They will fit snug for the first week) I was concerned that they wouldn't fit around my calves but they fit perfect. I cant wait to wear them out this winter! I was also a little bit nervous about buying the color gray because the pictures didn't show much of the back of the boot but they are gorgeous!! I am so pleased and delivery was pretty fast. This made my day!

Bought these for my vacation to Iceland. They were everything I hoped for - waterproof, warm, comfortable, and had good traction for all of the terrain we crossed on hiking trails. Reading other reviews I was worried they would be tight, but they fit very comfortably and true to size, even with thick hiking socks on. I would reccommend these to everyone!

These are cute boots but I'm debating whether or not to keep them because they are way too big. I wear a size 6 and purchased a size 6 and they're too big. I missed the part in the description that stated they're wool lined (bottom only). Not great rain boots for the spring/summer but they would be perfect for cooler weather. Overall, great quality boot that fits nicely on my somewhat wide foot.

Edit: Awful, awful, awful. As soon as the rain hit them they began turning ORANGE. See images. Unacceptable.

I love these rain boots. was going to get a cheaper par but I have wide calves and wanted to make sure they fit. also, I knew I wouldn't wear them all the time so they would last forever if I got the right pair. I was so tempted to get the emerald but I stayed safe with black. I have worn them to work and I get tons of compliments on them. haven't really worn them socially yet. the only negative thing was they attracted my Siamese cat who decided to sit on them and scratch the sides of them all up. luckily bowie only got the inside of the bots so you cant see it when you're walking around. but I cant take off points for my kittie's bad choices.

First may I say, I am a die hard fan of Uggs, have always owned them, and would not have tried these - but lets face it. Times are tough. Uggs have finally been priced out of my range.

These are a fair imitation for the price. They are definately not the same. Especially the bottoms - not much rubber and basically flat. The real test will be how long they last. Only time will tell.

My last pair lasted 5 years. I live in Phoenix, so I can't speak for living in harsher climates, but I've taken them up in the snow at least a dozen times, cleaned maybe 3 times, and they always did me proud. I would say I wore them 3-4 times a week in the winter and a handful of times in the summer if I'm lazy and needed to run an errand. They probably could've lasted another year but the heels were starting to show wear on the inside. They still kept my feet cozy though.
Back then I purchased a 7, my size was 6.5. They were a perfect fit with enough room for thick socks from time to time.

Finally decided to purchase a new pair last week, I've lost a lot of weight, and my shoe size went down to a 6. So I purchased a 6. They were a teensy bit snug, but it's recommended to get them slightly tight so they can mold to your feet. To break them in I've been wearing them around the house and they have molded nicely. There will be room for thicker socks in the winter :D
I'm happy with this purchase, but I do miss my old ones, I feel like Homer and his couch groove LOL.

These are a good casual boot to slip on when i just need to pop something on really quick. I live in Cleveland so warm beats pretty. These are really not nice looking, i actually dont like the style of suede moon boots at all. but like i said, its too cold to think about being cute. I have had tall skinny uggs before. I had size 8, so i got the same size in these. that was accurate. they fit well. The biggest difference to me is the bearpaws are much wider at the ankles. I look like i have cankles in them. Uggs have a much more tapered fit down the ankle. These were 35.00 though, with prime shipping. So i will have cankles and an extra 100 bucks in my pocket. :)

I had to exchange the boots, which was an expensive ordeal. However after spending an extra $18, the smaller size still was a bit too big but good enough. The boots are warm and comfortable, but I don't like all the product tabs on them. I wish they were just solid black and not a walking ad for the company.

After reading some other reviews, I purchased these boots for warmth and comfort. They certainly provided that and more. Although I only got them for the tail end of our Western New York winter, I look forward to wearing them next season. They're not the best footwear for really wet snow, but they are good for frigid temperatures.

I purchased these boots in October 2014 and the front of the shoes has already separated from the sole. I'd return them because honestly, when you spend $60 on shoes you'd expect them to last more than three months but I've just missed the return date period.

The grip on the bottom is not super if on icy paths, but the lining at the top is nice. I did not slip in them, but was more aware when walking around. It does not go all the way to the bottom, but you can buy separate fuzzy insoles. It kept my feet ward and dry, but lacked in arch support, nothing a insert won't fix. (I don't have high arches, it works for me.)Somewhat large, which works for the thick socks! That is why it is great and I walked all day in them without discomfort or knowing I had them on.

I wear a 10 and ordered a 10 after reading that they run true to size. My toes are right at the end of the boot. They are not cramped but I have no room to spare after regular sports socks. The quality seems fine so far and I prefer them over the 2 pairs of Uggs I have. My UGGS make my feet look long, these do not. Just ordered another pair in a 10. These look better on my feet than UGGS. I don't have to have the name UGGS just to say I do.

I bought a size 9 and they were small, ordered a 10 and they are still too small. I have somewhat narrow feet, so the width is perfect. The length is what I'm having difficulty with. In both cases my toes were uncomfortably at the top of the boot. I've had Bearpaw boots in the past and didn't have this problem. I'm going to order a size 11 and see what happens.

When these boots are new they are like wearing slippers. They are fuzzy warm and wonderful. However after wearing them for awhile outside in the winter they are not that warm and the inside lining wears a little thin. Probably not realistic to expect that lining to stay like new. But they are comfy. Not practical for cold snowy winters though.

Warm, snuggly, cute. What more could anyone ask for?! I wear them all the time, with everything, and they are holding up fabulously! The only thing I'd recommend is putting an insole in these, because the bottom is very flat.

I buy a lot of ASICS shoes because 1) I know what size I wear, 2) the price is right, 3) selection is good, and 4) they're comfortable. But I only use them for casual wear....I don't run in them. I bought this particular model because of the muted, earth-tone colors that looked much better with casual slacks than the neon style of most running shoes. While the previous models I've purchased have been comfortable, they were very lightly constructed, lacking much stability or cushioning. And they weren't durable, with my toe rubbing through the top surface within a couple of months.

These are different. I've had them about five months now and my toe hasn't yet frayed the upper mesh. Plus, the stability and cushioning seem more substantial and my feet don't hurt during the day. Love the shoes.

These ASICS Gel Venture shoes are very comfortable and are great for rugged terrain, or just outside use. I would not say that they are for running though, although you certainly could, as they are not heavy. This is a solid all purpose shoe and the visual design is appealing. Based on this shoe, I would consider purchasing other shoe designs offered by this brand.

My Brooks had worn out, so decided to take a chance on these. I'm size 8 and the shoes fit very well. My feet don't slip inside and I don't have to lace them too tight. I use them primarily for hiking, and they have great traction. Really pleased with my purchase.

I'm writing this review only hours after I got these boots, and I am SO excited to try them out outside in the cold weather! I'm in Madison, Wisconsin, and this week is going to stay in the 30's and even dip into the 20's (Fahrenheit!). I will update this review accordingly, and come back in a couple months to write details on durability when it comes to some real winter weather (hello blizzards and -20 degrees!!).

The first thing I noticed out of the box is that they don't have any weird smells, which is great. The outside smell faintly of leather, because that's what they're made of. I looked up the company, and Bearpaw's boots are outside = leather, inside = sheepskin. So if you're thinking about using these in snow like me, we need to waterproof these babies! Luckily I have a spray already to use on them.

The inside of these boots is SO SOFT. If I wore these barefoot (which you can, apparently, but for me - ew! I get sweaty feet), my feet would be in heaven. I tried wearing them with bare legs to see how soft it felt (because against your hands it doesn't feel that soft, it's got kind of a soft, but wooly feel to it) and against my legs it felt so fluffy and silky, so airy!! And warm!! None of the color (I ordered Chocolate) has transferred to my socks/pants. Awesome!

Also, from ALL the pictures I browsed through on the internet, none of them had any good views of the inner lining. I really wanted to judge how thick it was before I ordered, but since I couldn't find any good pictures, I just trusted the reviews saying that they're warm enough for really, really cold winters. And the lining is decently thick - I'd say it's about an inch thick, although over time it might get compressed a little with constant wear. The soles are a different color wool than the rest (it's white instead of chocolate), but still soft and fluffy. It feels like I'm walking on down pillows, mmmm! I put up several pictures of my boots if anyone is interested - of all angles, including the lining! Here is a link to my video of the boot:
        [...]

Some of the reviews said that after a month or two the lining starts wearing off and comes off on your clothes... The lining looks pretty well made, so I don't know if that will happen, but I will update this review if it does start coming off. Hopefully not... I am really loving these!

The bottom of the boots is made of really nice, sturdy but flexible rubber and I can see this really holding up for Wisconsin winters! So excited!! It's as thick as my other winter boots, so that's great news.

        SIZE:
I read so many reviews about what size to order, and it just got confusing. There were pretty much equal amounts of reviews telling you to order down a size, or order up a size. So I went to the Bearpaw website and they suggested ordering up a size...

I usually wear a 9.5 exact (no size 9, no size 10), so I decided to order a size 10. It makes sense, because there's a layer of fluff that you have to consider when you think about how much space there is for your feet. The size 10 fits me really well. When I first put them on, they seemed a tad bit small, but after walking around in them for a few hours, they're already form-fitting to my feet.

Basically: when you order, think about what your size would be when considering an extra inch of lining around your feet, and also remember that you don't want to order too large, because they do form around your feet after some use (that lining will be squished by your walking!). If you're a half size, order the next whole size like I did. I can't speak for people who have whole sizes because I didn't have that situation, but hopefully a size up won't be too big!

On an interesting side note, I think I remember that the Bearpaw website says you can wear these in any kind of weather - and I think that's just weird? How could you wear these on a hot summer day?? These are real winter boots and your feet would hate you for that, hah!

        **** UPDATE ************************ UPDATE ************************* UPDATE ******************************************
        January 2, 2014

So good news everyone! Turns out that the fur lining does NOT rub off on your clothes/socks. I think it kind of did like the second or third day I wore it (probably because it was getting broken in), but it wasn't even that much, and after that it has NEVER happened again. The color never has rubbed off on anything, even in the beginning.

So at this point I would DEFINITELY recommend that you DO NOT buy a size up if you can get your exact size. Only order a little up if you have a half size, just because they don't sell half sizes. After breaking them in they really form fit to your feet, so don't freak out if they feel a little tight when you first get them (it's just that the lining hasn't been squished by your feet yet - think of it like getting super fluffy slippers that mold to your feet).

The boot itself is holding up phenomenal, it's so worth the money! The rubber sole looks barely touched or scuffed or worn down at all and I've been wearing them daily since I got these (so mid-November til beginning of January at this point). I used them to walk to class every day (a mile or two) and I have been running and tramping through half a foot of snow with them. Waterproofing them helps them keep dry and also miraculously keeps all traces of salt stains off - they literally look like I just got them like last week, it's amazing.

As for the stitching on the sides - before I bought them I read some reviews saying that the thread has come apart on the stitching on the outside. So far for me, the stitching has been doing really great - I think there were a couple tiny fly aways at first but it's inconsequential to the strength of the stitches (holding up real well) and no more are occurring over time.

So finally the weather has been getting really cold here (this week we are getting -45 degrees Fahrenheit with the windchill factor and several inches of snow), and I never leave the house without these boots! Actually if I wear them inside the house my feet get too warm. These keep me warm no matter what I'm doing (hiking, walking on frozen lakes, walking through snow and wind). Because of these boots, I actually don't care about the weather outside anymore! I never worry about my toes getting cold, which was a HUGE problem with some of my other boots I've had over the years, because even though the boots were thick and sturdy on the outside (hard rubber or leather), they just didn't keep my toes warm. These are life savers for a Wisconsin girl in Winter!! I don't care about people who say they would never buy them because they look like uggs - I bought these for warmth and boy do they deliver. I have always gone for comfort when it comes to apparel and this is going to be a staple of mine if they don't discontinue these for the next few decades.

I'm not sure what to think of these boots.... I thought it was a bit strange that they arrived in a plain box with no label and no packaging material. After examining the boots I noticed you could see some of the glue near the sole. I paid nearly $70 for the boots and was starting to feel cheated. Then I looked at the label on the heel and noticed it was off center. Since the boots ran too small I decided to return them and purchase a bigger pair. Low and behold the new pair (from a different seller) arrive in a BEARPAW box with BEARPAW packaging inside. After further examination I see the new boots are slightly shorter than the original. I also notice that the new pair has perfectly straight labels and no glue hanging off the bottom. I'll let you be the judge but I feel like these were FAKES...... See pictures below.

I just got these boots yesterday. For the longest time I could not figure out what the big deal was about this type of boot. Before purchasing these I went into the UGG store and tried on a pair of their boots. With UGG and bear paw I really don't know the difference. You're basically paying for one brand over the other. If you are looking for practicality and comfort more than a label, this is the best bang for your buck! I like bear paw because they make half size shoes (I'm 9.5). I love these so much I bought one pair in gray and one in caramel color and both pairs combined are still way cheaper than one pair of UGGS. My first time wearing the gray ones, I wore them for 12 hours straight. They fit perfectly and true to size. I didn't have any discomfort or complaints and my feet were toasty warm all day in very cold weather. I am completely happy with my purchase!

I just received my Chocolate Bearpaws. After reading some reviews, I was a little nervous about the size. I take a size 8 but in some cuts of shoe or boot I can take an 8.5. I ordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly! My feet were in heaven as soon as I put them on. I truly cannot tell the difference between these and the Uggs. Someone commented that there was no sheepskin fur on the insole where your foot rests. There sure is and it feels great. If I had gone a size up, which for me would have been a 9, it definitely would have been way too big. These fit the same as the Uggs, at least for me. Color was true to pic. I can't see spending a whole lot of extra money when these are just as good. Also, someone said that the other brands are made in Australia and Bearpaws is made in China. You better take a look again. They are ALL made in China. None of them are made in Australia! Some said that the outer skin of the others is sheepskin while Bearpaw if Cow leather. Well, yes, Bearpaw exterior is "Suede", not sheepskin. But "Suede" is more durable, in my opinion. Both are delicate materials. However, again read labels carefully on other known brands. They all say "Leather upper"....."sheepskin lining". None of them say "sheepskin upper" so I don't know. I have a feeling they are all the same. Bearpaw does make a fake suede and fake fur at a much lesser price. These (Emma short) is the real deal. I can't wait to sink my feet in these when the weather gets colder. My friend's "Bearpaws" held up better for her than her more expensive brand. For the money, this can't be beat. And remember, for all suede and sheepskin, you need to waterproof and stainproof them before using them in rain and snow. None of these brands claim to be waterproof or stainproof. They are suede in nature, after all. So you need to be careful. I will update again once I've gotten through the winter with them to let you all know how they held up. I will not be wearing them every day at the exclusion of all other shoes and boots so I plan to enjoy these for many years to come! Stitching and seaming seem to be the same as other brands as well. Can't go wrong for the money! Came quickly. Packaging was great. Got mine directly through Amazon, not third party merchant. Sometimes that can make a difference. When dealing directly with Amazon, I have never had a problem.

Living in Upper Michigan, I definitely know a great pair of snow boots when I wear them, and THESE are truly GREAT! I'm actually from Florida and moved up here two years ago. In that two years, I have owned about 6 pairs of boots, TRYING to find a pair that would actually keep my toes warm! I've tried some of the best names in winter boots and NONE of them have done the job. None, that is, until these! My toes are actually toasty warm, even when I'm out in sub-zero temps for HOURS at a time! I absolutely LOVE these boots! They fit EXACTLY as I expected. Having said that, I ordered a size and a half SMALLER than I normally wear in other shoes, simply based on reviews and comments here on Amazon. They actually fit well enough that I can wear these with one OR TWO pairs of thick winter socks, although I don't anticipate ever NEEDING to wear with two pairs of socks.
Most boots that claim to keep your feet warm in temps down to -40 degrees F are LYING. The comfort rating on these boots is probably accurate. I've actually worn them in temps down to -35 (with the wind chill) and my feet have NEVER been cold, not even my toes! As I said earlier, it's my toes that usually get cold in all of my other (more expensive) snow boots. If these last even ONE of our brutal winters, I will be THRILLED with them. I will say that I bought a bottle of suede/nubuck protectant to make them "water proof" and it has also done it's job. I've already worn these boots in a couple FEET of snow and NEVER had wet feet or lower legs.
At the time that I bought these boots, I believe I paid like $33 for them. I've owned other boots that cost well OVER $100 and NEVER been satisfied with them. This is, by FAR, the best $33 I have EVER spent. On ANYTHING.
Do your feet (and TOES) a favor and BUY these boots! You can't possibly go wrong with these, especially if you live anywhere in the Northern Tier.

PS- I have not been compensated in ANY way for my HONEST review of these snow boots. If Amazon feels the need to compensate me, it will be GREATLY appreciated, though. ;)

These boots lasted less than 3 months for me. I have bought this same pair before and they lasted at a minimum the entire fall/winter. But they have slits for grip on the soles and from standard use, the slits have split all the way into the cushion on the bottom of the boots. There is probably a better tread pattern than this one.

Update: I submitted a warranty request through Bearpaw on January 10th, they approved the request on 1/16 and now it is 1/25 and I still have no tracking number like it has shipped yet. It may have shipped and I just don't have it yet. But 2 weeks in Ohio winter with no wearable boots is annoying. I don't buy lots of extra shoes, I just buy what I need so I didn't have a backup expect heavy snow boots. I feel like I should have just bought another pair and wrote these off instead of getting the warranty request.

I have worn the shoe hardly 5 times. See the picture for it’s condition (left and right shoes). I realized this after walking into my office on a cold day. I am not expecting them to last long for the price of the product but I am not expecting cloth and rubber glued and send out either.

Ordered Jan.18 2016 received Jan. 21 2016 2weeks within the first time my daughter wore it started showing signs of peeling on the bottom of 1 of the boot I Ignored it thinking she might've stepped on something following the second time she wore it to school and came home as you can see from the second and last photo of what had happened I should've returned it with the first signs of the peeling which I gratefully ignored and now I'm stuck with a pair boots which is terribly ruined less than 45 days less then 4 x of used! Sadly this is not our first, second, or third pair of bear Bearpaw boots. I believe this pair which I received was stuck in storage for so long with hot conditions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If Amazon feels the need to compensate me, it will be GREATLY appreciated, though. ;)

Box was damaged and boots looked like they've been sliding back and forth a lot, left scuffs on the bottom rim. I wear size 6.5-7 and got 6 this time. They are snug, but I'm sure they'll become looser with wear. Bought size 7 a year ago and after some wear they felt too loose. Quality seems good, but there isn't much overlap where the buttons are, it might let in cold air.

I own a pair of bearpaw "Kathy" boots. They are warm and comfortable, so I thought the brand was good in general. I wanted a pair of boots that would go with everything (as opposed to my supercute aztec kathy's!), so I went with black Lauren Tall's - based on good reviews.

My first impression of these boots are UBER CHEAP. Externally, they *look* okay, but as soon as I slipped my foot in the flat, uncomfortable footbed was a surprise. Let me say, I LOVE flat shoes, I have chronic pain in my foot, and flat shoes for me are the way to go. But these boots lacked the plush, cloud like padding of the Kathy boots, and it was hard and stiff. Like cheapo boots you'd buy at a grocery store...

I don't believe it is real wool lining. When I took the boots off the black "wool" had shed all over my pants. Never had that problem with my other bearpaws. I sadly returned these. I do NOT recommend.

Love these, but they are not my first pair of bearpaw shoes. I use to just purchase the cheapy fake ugg type boots yearly at Walmart but have found these last so much longer for just a small amount more.

I still own my pair from Christmas 2016 and just got these to have a black pair.

So if you are thinking about these vs. knockoffs spend the extra money and don’t forget to spray them with a water-repellent.

I like these boots except next time I will order them without buttons on the side. They are easy to put on but the bottom button on the left boot had a large knot in the elastic that holds it on that wore a hole in my ankle skin the first time I wore them. I really wanted to post a good review. Sorry Bearpaws. I had tried a 9 on at a local store and they were great. Got such a great price on Amazon that I took off the button and resewed it on with strong thread. Waited for ankle wound to heal and now I'm wearing them in the snow. They are warm and comfy. I normally wear a 9. They are cute. A taller boot would have been handy this year with as much snow as we've all ready received.

Just got my blue Bearpaw in, came in earlier than expected, packaged well. Brand new in the box great quality. The buttons are not just for looks they do function so that you can fold your boots down. I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8 they are snug, but it's recommended that you order your normal size as they do stretch a bit. I have been walking around the house in them for a few hours and they are starting to get a bit looser. Definitely a good investment as I won't need to buy more boots for a few winters.

I got them in hickory cheetah colored and I really like the lil something extra it adds to my outfits. Growing up I never liked this style of boots but now that I've gotten my sec pair I actually like them. Their a must for those cold winter nights and days. The Abigail have a lil less fur than the regular bear paws and they are a lil harder to get on especially if you have wide feet/ ankle's ( I have neither). Will be purchasing more in different color and styles because their great quality for the price u pay.

I would love to give these 5 stars. They are cute, versatile boots, look very warm, arrived quickly. But they are just too small for me. If you have a wide foot like me, beware. I have a wide left foot (ok, cankle) from edema. Couldn’t even get the left one on. I’ve had other brands that come in wide width that fit great. These don’t come in wide width. I saw they ran a bit big in some reviews & took a chance. My bad. Just putting this rating out there for anyone like me who might be considering these. Everyone else, you will love them! I really was looking forward to them & really wished they fit! :( Even considered keeping them, just in case, but had to return). Hope they fit all who buy! :)

So, after wanting a pair of "fuzzy" boots for years, but not wanting to pay bookoo $$$ for Uggs, I discovered Bearpaw. Where do I begin? These boots are sooo comfy! Great for wearing without socks. They keep your feet warm and dry but are not overly hot. Some other reviews I read said that they ran small, but I ordered a size 9 (I usually wear an 8 or 9 depending on the shoe) and they fit perfectly! I decided on the abigail style because I have large-ish calves and was worried about being able to get the boot on. This style is also great because I can easily tuck my boot cut jeans into it (I am not one of the privileged few who look good in skinny jeans). The sole is sturdier than it looks in the pictures. As for traction, this style doesn't look like it would be that safe to wear on icy days, but I haven't tried it out yet. Probably better for going to the mall than shoveling your driveway. Anyway, I ordered black (because it goes with everything!) but can definitely see myself ordering more colors in the future! Glad that I finally decided to get some of these boots!

I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8. They fit perfectly. They are very warm and cozy whether I wear them with socks or not. I got my pair at a steal for only $17.00 but when I went back to order another pair (I wanted one for in the house as slippers and one for out and about) they had gone back up in price. They are definitely worth the higher price though.

I have had these for about a month now and they are still going strong even though I often end up doing my farm chores in them.... When I spill water on them it does not go through to my feet (I would probably still put the water proof spray on if you intend to wear them in wet environments for a long period of time though.)

My puppy chewed two toggles off (UGH!) - but I went to the bearpaw website and it turns out you can order replacements with no shipping charge. SO I really have nothing but good things to say about these boots. I have bought my daughter several pairs and they always hold up well. I am so glad that I finally decided to get a pair for myself!

My daughter loves these boots. Value and comfort for sure! She had one pair for about 2 years until they wore out.

When I bought her a new pair in gray a few weeks ago I noticed that depending on color and size, the price varied. No problem, I get it is a matter of supply and demand. The ones I ordered were $43.

Then last week I also ordered another pair in black, and the price was just over $50. Not a problem, I felt it was still a great deal. I finalized placing the order, then today I went back on Amazon to check the delivery status,. I found that my order had disappeared, the boots were now moved to my "wish list" and the price was up to about $83. What's up, Amazon? - How can the price go up over $23 AFTER the order has already been placed? I cry foul about this. The boots were advertised at the $50 price, I ordered them at that price and the order should have been fulfilled.

These are very warm, rugged, comfortable, nice-looking ugg-type shearling boots. However, they run very small in length with very little room for toes, while at the same time they are also too wide. I normally wear a women's size 11, but I purchased size 12 since so many of the reviews say to go up a size, and I'm glad I did. These 12s are still a little on the short side & crowding my toes, while simultaneously slipping/too wide in the heel. Makes me think these are assembled on a Men's last, not Women's. Also, the shaft is not sheepskin but cowhide, with an extra layer of sheepskin/fleece on the inside, which makes them stand up & look really fat. Ok if you have thinner legs like I do, I guess, but on someone who has larger calves these boots simply would not work. I'm keeping this pair because the price was great, but next time I'll get Uggs.

These are my fourth pair of Bearpaw boots. The last two pairs I had last me a few years before I decided they weren't acceptable to wear outside of the house anymore lol. These boots are super comfortable and plush when you first buy, but the inner sole does start to wear away after a while and it just feels flat in the shoe, not plushy and soft. One the up side, the rest of the shoe wears like your favorite pair of jeans each time you wear them. They definitely keep your feet warmer than a pair of sneakers or flats and are stylish to boot. I'm glad that Bearpaw decided to get rid of the metal logo hardware that they used to put on the back of the heel and the side of the boot. My hardware came off all of my boots and looked so tacky. I probably could have gotten another year out of those if it wasn't for that. I love this company and these boots, and will definitely be buying a few more pairs.

As an aside: Buy the super hydrophobic spray LiquidOff to preserve the suede on these. You won't regret it and they sell it on Amazon.

The first time I ordered these I had to send them back and get a size up because they were WAY TOO SMALL. Like my foot was squished and my calf was suffocated. I'm normally a size ten so I ended up getting these in a size 11 and they were way better. The calf was still a little tight though so if you don't have super skinny calves either then you may even want to go two sizes up. The packaging I received the boots in was terrible- like went through a shredder and survived terrible. I have a feeling it may have been because it wasn't through prime shipping when I got these? I don't know. I think in the description it tells you that these shoes will stretch- they don't - what you feel is what you get, so make sure they feel good. My boots are still in really good quality and I have worn them periodically over the last few months and they've held up really well. They are super cute too so I'm overall happy that I got them.

Cozy boots for Alaska winters and great price compared to similar products. I have like 5 pairs of bear paw boots and these are my least favorite though. The And? They're not treated with waterproof stuff. Boo. Also, the soles have NO traction whatsoever... what the heck is that all about? Also, since they don't come in half sizes, I had to get them a whole size bigger to allow for fluffy socks. But this causes the support inside the shaft of the boot to dig into the back of my heel. The Good? I have bunions and the toe box is generous and doesn't squash my tootsies. Gray is a fairly unusual boot color to begin with, but these are awesome cause they are exactly the right color to match pretty much and shade of gray. I love that the lining is also gray. Overall recommended.

I've purchased 3 pairs of Bearpaw's of Emma 12" in the last 3 years or so and so far, the latest 2 pairs are the best due to the redesign of the sole. The lst pair I purchased, the sole cracked immediately after wearing them, parts of it actually fell off so, they became unwearable and I spent aprox. $40 but had to throw them away.

The redesign hasn't caused any sole cracking or loosening from the suede boot. There is a slight issue tho. I stepped in my cat's throw up (gross I know) and it got into the deep tiny grooves of the design in the sole. I had to use toothpicks to dig it out because using water & a scrub brush could not reach inside those tiny grooves. It took forever to clean each tiny groove and the toothpicks would break in the process. This was so frustrating!

The sole design is cute but not practical due to the fact that you're going to step in something eventually and if you want to keep the soles clean and not track goop around, you'll need to reach the goop in those teeny grooves. Uggs don't have grooves on their soles (or my pair doesn't) and they're much easier to keep clean. Bearpaw should design the soles so that they can be cleaned easily and so no yucky goop collects inside those teeny tiny grooves.

Edit: Last winter (2017) the soles split on these as well. Even with the new soles, it didn't keep them from splitting. I never wear them outside so, these must be fragile just like the former soles.

I have a pair of Uggs from 10 yrs ago and the soles are just as intact as the day I purchased them. I know they're very expensive but I've purchased now so many pairs of Bearpaw....I could have just bought a 2nd pair of Uggs! Sometimes, quality IS expensive and there's no getting around it ...darn it, it's just the truth.

I'm a recent convert to this style of shoe, but I work in a really casual office that's FREEZING and needed something comfortable and warm - these are so perfect, they're my new favorite winter boot. Suede is great quality, as is the Sherpa lining.

Sizing Note: I've read many reviews that stated they got the shoe way too big, and others recommending that you go to Bearpaw's website to figure out the correct size - both of those points are incorrect. Bearpaw recommends sizing 1-2 sizes UP because of the thick lining of the shoe - I believe that's why people are mistakenly ordering the wrong size.

I went with another reviewer who suggested to order a size down because the lining will pack in around your foot and you'll end up with more room - so thankful for that suggestion - I'm a 6.5, ordered a 6 - the first few days of wear, yes the shoes were tight - but sure enough the lining has packed inside and they now fit perfectly - there's actually enough room for me to put an insert in these so I have more arch support.

BEARPAW is a quality boot and a cost effective alternative to UGG (for my 8 year old daughter).
We have been buying them for a few years now, 1~2 pairs per season.
We loved the color of these boots but unfortunately they are too small and not the size 5 that we ordered.
In the photo I placed them heel to heel with a locally bought size 5 BEARPAW boot.

The product is great! However the packaging appeared to be nice at first since the boots came in their "bear paw" box, but when I opened the box not only did I find the shoes, but I received an additional half-empty bag of chips.
The ship crumbs were all over the shoes! Gross! I was able to wipe the chips off... But why?

BEARPAW is a quality boot and a cost effective alternative to UGG (for my 8 year old daughter).
We have been buying them for a few years now, 1~2 pairs per season.

Here's what you should know about me: I am not an experienced marathon runner and this is the first pair of *real* running shoes I have ever purchased. I am a 3-miles-every-morning-with-my-dog runner (so maybe more of a jogger?) but I deal with hip, knee and shin pain, so I decided it was time to invest in some *real* running shoes instead of using whatever BOGO Payless sale athletic shoes I happen to have at the moment. A couple of my initial observations about *real* running shoes during my research were:

        A) 90% of *real* running shoes are completely and totally HIDEOUS both in color scheme and design. Can someone explain this to me!? It feels like a joke or something.

        B) *Real* running shoes ain't cheap!

I have a friend who runs the Wasatch 100 every year (yes, that's 100 miles without stopping) and he told me that you get what you pay for with running shoes and that "quality is remembered when price is forgotten". He recommended the brand Brooks to me so I thought I'd start there. If they're good enough for someone who runs as much as he does, they're definitely going to be good enough for my 3-5 mile neighborhood jogs every morning! After reading reviews on multiple sites, I decided to try out the Launch 4's and to size up. I'm glad I did size up. I normally wear 8-8.5 depending on the style and bought size 9 in these. Overall they fit really well! There is a little extra room in the toe, but when they're laced up I don't notice it at all, so I decided to keep them rather than try 8.5. They feel great everywhere else. I've dealt with bunions before and have a little wider than average foot and these have plenty of room in the toe box and sides while still being snug on my foot. I have very high arches and these feel very supportive.

These aren't the lightest shoes I've ever worn but they are still very light weight. I can see why some reviewers call them a bit bulky but honestly that can only be in comparison to a much smaller and lighter shoe because I would say there isn't anything heavy or bulky about them. They feel substantial without being heavy or bulky in my opinion.

As ugly running shoes go, I think these are actually really decent looking! They come in every color scheme imaginable which I love. I bought the anthracite/beach glass/silver ones and I find them to be a nice neutral shoe (with a pop of color) that can go with any of my active wear, unlike many of the shoes I saw in my search.

I often run through freshly sprinkled grass with my dog and don't have to worry about my feet getting wet or the water affecting the shoes adversely.

One of my favorite things about this shoe so far has been the ZERO break in period. I mean NONE!! I went for a 3 mile run straight out of the box (and every morning since - so I've probably put 20 miles on them by now) and have had NO PAIN! No foot pain, no blisters, no hot spots, no knee, hip, ankle or shin pain. NONE WHATSOEVER!! If that's the only thing these shoes do for me then they're worth it! They are very very comfortable. I wouldn't go so far as to say they're like walking on a cloud as some reviewers did. I would say they're firm yet soft and supple and very comfortable for a running shoe. I don't think they're super reactive though. For being named "Launch" I expected a little bit more of a spring in my step so-to-speak. Honestly, I didn't notice much additional reaction in these over my cheaper non-name brand athletic shoes. Admittedly I was a little disappointed by that.

These are a VERY high quality shoe and seem extremely well made in every respect from the laces to the tread and everything in between. I love feeling like I get what I pay for in terms of quality and feeling like these are going to last me a long time.

All in all, so far I am very happy with these shoes for my every day light morning runs! They are comfortable, supportive, well made, nice looking and easy to run in! Best of all, I have had NO PAIN AT ALL since switching to these shoes which is a small miracle. While I can't compare to other name brands, I can tell you that they have made a difference for me and I'm glad I bought them! Hope this helps someone else! I did NOT receive these for free or at a discount by the way. I paid $100 for them!!

I read all the reviews and people saying to go up a size because the toe box ran small. I have wide feet, so I upped from my regular size of 6.5 to a 7. I wish I hadn't. Although the shoes still "fit" they feel EXTRA roomy in the toe box, and I would have preferred that I had my true size.

Other than the sizing thing, they are a great looking shoe and comfortable. I love the grey and mint color scheme.

I have got a wide foot and never have been able to find boots that fit, and I was told to check these out. When I first got them they looked narrow, but they fit great and are oh so comfy... And the picture does no justice! They are beautiful! If you have a wide foot, just go up one size 😉 I'll definitely be ordering more...

Shoe looks trashed after less than 2 months of wear. Heel area had a faux stacked look-- actually just covered in paper! The paper is all torn and peeling, and the material underneath is very unattractive. These are now basically junk.

Another data point on sizing: I wear 11.5 in most shoes. I bought the 11 and the 12 to see which worked best for me (with the inserts). The 11 fit snugly with just a pair of regular athletic socks - a little room at the heel but pretty tight around the toes. The 12 was somewhat loose with just these socks but not uncomfortably so.

With a thicker sock (Dickies brand heavyweight crew) AND the thinner athletic sock (Puma), the 12 fits perfectly. The 11 is too snug. However, with just the thick socks, the 11 is perfectly snug (which you want in boots since they lack the ankle support that laced shoes provide) and the 12 still has a little too much room. Since the boots are so warm already, I don't want to wear more than the heavyweight crew socks for fear my feet will sweat too much. So, the smaller or larger size could be right for you if you are a half-size - just depends on what type of socks you are going to wear. I went with the 11s.

My husband, toddler, and I have all attempted to get these boots on the toddler's feet several times -- never with any luck. It's like his foot can't get from the leg part into the boot part. They're cute, and warm when I have them on my hand, but I just can't get them on the toddler -- which makes them pretty useless. An older kid who is more able to help dress themselves might not have this issue, but for our 2 - 2.5 year old, these boots are just too much of a battle. I'm very disappointed, but I don't know if it is the not-helpful-yet age of my kiddo or the product or some of both. (We did get other boots from Target and he goes into those without issue, but the interior design / lining style is very different, so it's hard to compare.) These look like such a good idea, and I really like the idea of the strap around the ankle. I really wish we could get them on him!

I never expect that the size will be fit as I am not expected from. They said that should order plus another half size. And when I was given the opportunity to receive the product at discounted price in return of my honest opinion and review. I was so skeptical that I did not order the 7 1/2 since I am on size 7 BUT when i received the Clpp'li Womens Twin Button Fully Fur Lined Waterproof Winter Snow Boots, all I said is just WOW. Fits perfect for me. No flaws at all. I like the idea that you can fold the boots. This is my first time seeing folding boots lol but hey look so cute and so adorable. I choose gray because I still dont have a gray one. And The moment you receive it you gonna think why the box are small lol and when I opened it I just realized that the boots can be folded. The moment you gonna try it you can say so fantastic because it is really soft inside. And very warm and having a thick fur. Very well made and have a high quality standards. I do highly recommended the boots. Will do the more updates as soon the winter starts to comes off.

This is my second pair of FatBaby boots because I LOVE FatBaby boots. Not only are they comfortable but they are stylish. Now I'm no cowgirl so I didn't buy them to wear mucking stalls or to look good while riding my horse. I simply bought them because I needed a black pair and they look great with both my Blue Jeans and my Skinny Jeans. Because I have a narrow foot with a high arch and my feet tend to start aching mid way through the day, no matter what type of shoe I wear, I put insoles in all of my shoes. However, when I put my insoles in these boots the top of my foot rubbed on the top of the boot making it very uncomfortable. However, without the insoles the boots are too roomy, my feet flop around and I have no arch support. But I figured out that if I wear two pairs of socks there is not as much flop room and I can comfortably wear and walk in the boots most of the day. This can be a little inconvenient in the summer months but I've heard somewhere that sometimes you have to suffer for beauty, and I personally feel the sweaty feet are worth how good I look in the boots, call me shallow if you will, I don't care. My favorite thing about these boots are how great they look on me. I can't wait until I get my next pair.

I have about six pairs of Ariat Fatbaby boots in various colors and materials, and five pairs of various other Ariat women's' styles. They consistently run true-to-size, are comfortable, and last forever. They also garner a lot of admiring comments from strangers in airports, for some reason. I love the brand and these are no exception. Ariat boots aren't just for the equestrian set; they have fashion and work boots, and uniformly deliver fit, function, and durability. I prefer them to my more expensive Frye boots, and will remain a loyal customer for myself or when I need a nice gift.

Waited nearly 3 years to but Ariat boots - these particular boots are PERFECT! Tons of toe room - rounded toe is plenty wide enough for wiggle room. Stitching is gorgeous! Where stitching of leather meets the ankle I had serious rubbing issues. When viewed from the front, the sides of the boot tapered in at the ankles. I stuffed paper inside the boot at that exact spot to get rid of the convex way the boot was originally, and after 2 days the sides of the boot were reshaped to be perfectly straight at that seam - no more rubbing. I purchased sole inserts at the same time I purchased the boots, but the boots are so comfy I didn't need them! I live in south Florida and was warned that boots would be sweltering. These are perfect because they breathe and they are short. Buy these boots and you will be seriously happy!

These were the first boots I have bought online. Normally, I go to the store and try them on. The last pair I bought was Ariat Fatbaby Collection in 6.5B, they were tight (as all my boots when I first buy them), but after 1-2 weeks they fit good. So... I figured I would order my next pair from Amazon, same brand and collection, and same size. The color is lighter than pictured, which I really like the color they actually are, compared to the picture. The boot fits quite loosely. I can slip my foot in the boot without bending over and yanking it on. Hopefully, the boot will not expand any more, as then it would be too big. I was surprised the boot fit as loosely as it does. I have had them for almost a week, and they seem like they are going to work out. I wouldn't be able to go to a size 6, it would be too small length wise. Overall I really like the boot!

I needed a good steel toe work boot to wear outside in the elements all year around. I live in Chicago and work outside at O'Hare Air Port. I've only had them for just over a month but can say they are worth the money. These are not winter boots, but can be warn in cold weather, if wearing thick wool socks and using foot warmers.

        Pros
        - Very comfortable once you break them in.
        - Nice looking and goes with everything
        - Steel toe
        - Has a removable soft sole insert
        - Heavy duty stitching
        - Thick leather body thats flexible and doesn't crack
        - Holds in heat when needed and allows heat to escape to prevent feet from sweating
        - Heavy in weight, which equals to a well made boot
        - Water resistant

        Cons
        - Don't have any for now

Have had great luck with many CAT boots in the past. Decided to try these based on personal past experience with the brand and other reviews. These were terribly uncomfortable, and you can't remove the insoles to replace with another one, it was glued in place, I had to rip it out and scrape off the chunks. Put in some upgraded insoles that I've used before, they helped a little, but still very uncomfortable. They do seem to be durable enough though if you can stand to wear them.

I originally ordered the size 11W, which was nice and wide, but a little bit too long for my foot. I then ordered the same boot from the same seller in a 10.5W and I was surprised to receive a different boot. As you can see from the picks, they look similar from the front, but the sole is completely different and the stitching is different. The real problem is that the 10.5W was much more narrow, The 11W is on the right side in the pics and you can see the difference in width. The 10.5W was good in length for me but much too narrow, I confirmed on the label that it was a wide width, but the fit was totally different from the 11W. Be aware that the fit and style you receive may vary

I gotta say, I've never been this disappointed with Asics shoes in my life. This is my favorite brand and I've probably purchased Asics half a dozen times, but I will never buy this model again. The shoes are extremely uncomfortable. They irritate my feet when I exercise and leave my feet on the verge of blisters. It's so bad that I can't wear them the next day. I'm not sure if maybe they run too big, but that really surprises me because my shoe size doesn't fluctuate and I have always purchased a size 10, sometimes even 10 1/2. Also, if your feet overpronate I do not recommend these at all as the support on these shoes make my overpronation worse.

        3-month update:
The shoes are now even worse! If there were was an option to choose 0 stars, I would lower my initial 1-star review. It's only been 3 months and the shoes are actually falling apart. I've had Asics shoes that I've worn for hours, 6 days a week, when I used to do marching band that have held up for literally years, but 3 months in and the soles are detaching. I only wear them twice a week for about 2 hours each day when I go to the gym. I'm beginning to think these are not real Asics and maybe I got a knock-off sent to me. Money down the drain :(

I have now bought two pairs of these boots.

        They are okay.

They are not overly comfortable, but they get the job done and are not terrible.

My first pair lasted...period. Only got a new one when I did because my employer pays $75 towards a new pair every year so...why wouldn't I?

I am a truck driver who both drives and spends quite a bit of time unloading and the toes in these boots certainly have saved me quite a bit of pain and actually become useful for kicking things like pallets around, saving my back a bit.

Point: These are well made, durable, sturdy boots. A good buy for less than $100. The only two things I do not like about them that make these boots lose a star are:

1- The strings kind of suck. They broke fast and are overly stretchy for my liking. This is a minor issue, as nice strings are quite inexpensive (couple of dollars).
2- The boots could be more comfortable and the padding inside wears down within the first few months.

Overall, a solid inexpensive pair of boots that could last up to two years, but I would advise, for comfort sake, replacing at least yearly.

Quality for Cat dropped a LOT!!! Fits a bit larger than others in same size and you will notice also the difference in quality. I had to ship it back(easy at Amazon) and went for Cactus and believe me, is WAY WAY better and fits as it should.
Very stiff leather and not what CAT used to be. Have another CAT pair for over ten years now and when you polish those they look like new. These are not made to last....

Just received my second pair of these. I got a yr out of the last pair. You may be thinking that 1 yr is not very long for heavy duty boots. For you, probably. Mine are worn 70 hrs a week and put through hell. I WAS buying the $140Timberlands and Wolverines for years and they only lasted 1 yr also. I have a wide foot and sooner or later it tears the stitching away. These are half the price and almost as well built as Wolverines...almost. If you don’t have to buy a pair every year like me then splurge for the big name brands, they’ll be slightly more comfy but won’t last any longer.

I love these shoes. Like, I'm in love! They look so cute on and my feet are warm and they are stylish but relaxed. The fur around the top isn't too much and the shoe is lined with cotton. I'm in Texas and don't need a snow boot but I believe these are water proof at least up to the first stitching. The only thing I did because I'm older and not cool enough to let the leather laces just swing. Yes, the laces are genuine leather. So, this shoe has a zipper for easy on and off but also the leather laces aren't meant to be tied and that makes it easy on and off. I tied a small knot in the leather lace right by the ring so the shoes wouldn't ride super loose. I feel like someone younger might like that kind of thing but I like my ingenuity. I also tucked in the free swinging leather pieces into the other pieces (picture below). Tying the leather laces aren't an option, that would look hideous.

I thought I was buying a cheap pair of “cute” boots that wouldn’t last a winter. I was apparently wrong.

I moved to the UP of Michigan without any winter gear last summer and tried cheaping out on as much as I could and buy nicer stuff over the course of the next few years. This was one of those things I got. To give you an idea of winter here: it started snowing mid October and hasn’t stopped since. We get 50-100 inches of snow... a month here. So I wear these snowboots every single day, regardless of where I’m going. I dress up for church, business casual for work, dress down for shopping, and everything in between. I have gotten countless compliments on these boots in all situations. So they’re cute, score! Very comfortable too. I hate shoes, constantly call shoes evil, but I don’t quite mind having these on my feet. They aren’t awfully restricting like some boots can be.

They are also water proof. I can step into a few inches of water and my socks stay dry. I can march through a foot of snow and my feet stay dry. These boots have plenty of traction. They aren’t good for running across ice, but I can certainly walk across it carefully without slowing down too much.

The one thing these are not is warm. Which is fine, wool socks and toe warmers go a long way if you’re standing in 0° for long.

In all, I love these boots. They don’t look terrible worn after four months of constant ware. I expect to get two seasons out of these at least. If they end up not making it to May, I’ll update this review, but I’m not seeing them suddenly fall apart any time soon. All in all, these are super worth the money.

Not sure what people are saying about bad quality. Love these boots! Super light, comfortable, and warm. I'd recommend great value for the price. I've been wearing them in the snow and they've been great. Lots of compliments on them too.

Update: I've been wearing these in rain (and some snow) for about two months now and thought I'd share an updated photo.

Love these boots. I ordered my usual size, and they fit just right. I live in the Pacific NW so I applied Sno-Seal to mine to prevent the type of water damage I saw in a photo posted by another reviewer. Sno-Seal always darkens the leather, but I actually prefer the slightly darker color. The boot on the left has been Sno-Sealed, the boot on the right has not.

        Updated review:
Holy hell, these boots are GARBAGE. I've had them for a little over three weeks, I wear them maybe twice a week to my office job where I sit at a desk all day, and I live in southern California where there is absolutely no rain or bad weather - and the verdict? THESE BOOTS WENT TO s***. The leather is all bent and warped, the seams are fraying, they are horribly distressed looking. They look like boots I've beaten the s*** out of for ten years and never cared for. I have several other brands of boots that I have resoled over and over again over the years and have had professionally cleaned and maintained. These boots will fall apart years before the sole needs repair. How is it that the rest of the boot falls apart in three weeks, when the sole has only encountered only a couple of miles of wear? They look like trash. I would give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY.

        Previous review:
Giving 4 stars for now but I've only worn them for 2 days so TBD. There is already a LOT of wear and tear just from wearing them for two days to my office job. Knicks all over the leather. Creases in front of the ankle. A thread hanging off the back. They are DAMN nice looking boots though. I'm hoping that the fast wear and tear is designed to give them character, because overall they feel like a great quality boot. So far I'm pleased, but like I said: TBD.

These boots are really cute and look great but they have not held up well at all. After about 2 weeks of normal (and not daily) wear (errand running, dropping kids at school) the color has worn off the heel area of the boot. I'm disappointed since these weren't the cheap. A few weeks in and these look like an old beat up pair of shoes

Yahoo! A wide sized, extremely comfortable running/walking shoe that looks good!!!!! Is roomy but does not look enormous on my large size,

These boots are great. Stylish and comfortable. I can wear them all day despite the joint problems. Feet do not get hot - perfect summer boots.
I wear 7.5 and I got 7.5 and the size is just right.
On the side note: leather stains. Someone dropped a piece of apricot on the shoe so I had to wipe it with water right away. The area I washed looks darker when it dried. There is no dirty spot from fruit juice. The color is just darker now. So I wiped both boots with water entirely and now they are same darker color. BTW, I like the new color :) So maybe spray them with suede protector before going out.

USPS just dropped these off as I was headed out to the barn for my morning chores. We got about 8 inches of snow the other day so I took off my old barn boots and put these on right away. I'm a men's 9.5 but ordered size 10 and the fit is perfect with regular socks on. You won't need heavy socks with these boots as they have a great liner in them. I have a pretty wide foot and like I said going up a half size worked out well. Very comfortable, warm and great traction and they seem like they'll last quite a few years, and I'm pretty rough on my boots. I highly recommend this product as you are getting a lot of bang for your buck.

Most of the reviews said that these boots run a little big. I usually wear a 8 1/2 so I ordered an 8. When I first put them on, I thought these are too small. After I wore them awhile, the felt liner wears in and they fit fine now. If I had to order again, I would just Oder e size I always wear though. I just wear a normal pair of socks and they fit good, but if I wanted to wear a pair of thick hunting socks, they would be too snug. Wore them all day cutting wood and cleaning horse stall in 10 degree snow and sleet and they were very comfortable. I like them and they have become the boot I pick when going outside for the day.

Great for my mild bunions on my big toe joints. I have arthritis in my big toe joints and I get constant pain there if the shoe isn't wide enough. The regular size of this style rubs so I must buy a wide. I tried these on elsewhere before because I was interested, and wanted to buy from Amazon. This is the only brand of shoes I wear now due to my bunions (rarely wear heels or flats unless its for an occasion). Women's size for regular width is M. Wide in women's shoes would be a D. I also bought an almost black pair with gray (for work) but had to buy a men's style because they don't have the same color schemes in women's. The cushioning for GHOST 10 is THE BEST for the Ghost line so far. I feel like I'm walking on pillows! Very stable and keeps my foot from rolling inward. The heel area is a bit high, but gives the support. The shoes are light weight even though it may look a bit cluncky at the heel. Don't let the look fool you. I use one pair for work (with Power Step insoles per my Dr. for the bunions and because I'm on my feet 8 hours a day) and one for running and walking (without insoles).

Helpful hint I learned; women's and men's Ghost shoes are the same for the make up of the shoe cushion and build materials except for the width and size of course. Women who wear men's shoes would be 1 1/2 size smaller. Men's widths are automatically wide size D for their "regular size". Example, I wear a 10W(D) in women's. In men's I am an 8 1/2(D). If I was a regular width in women's I would be a 10(M). Also I learned that as you gain weight your foot expands as well and has to take some of the tension in the feet, therefore you should take this into consideration when sizing. For those who are dealing with the bunion issue, I took a picture (don't laugh my feet are a little tan but not gross either lol). I think its important to show because many other types of athletic shoes for years make shoes way too narrow but rarely offer wider sizes in the popular styles. Although this has changed for the better in recent years it still can be a pain for folks who need a wide with or something to accommodate their foot issues. So we are stuck with the not so great looking popular shoes sometimes. But Brooks has one of the best looking athletic shoes that offer stability and support for individuals needing a wide shoe, and/or have flat feet- IMO. There are some others brands that do the same as well. Those for me are hit and miss because sometimes the stitching and material would rub in the bunion area or some styles for a particular year wasn't reinforced enough. But for my feet, none of the Brooks styles I have ever owned disappointed me! Learning what type of feet I have and getting checked up on my foot issues helped me focus on better shoes for my health. My money, time, and investment has been well spent with the Brooks brand instead of focusing on the "popular shoes everyone has to have".

I finally put my first significant tear into these boots and they've been worn hard through woods, scrap metal piles, downed barbed wire, etc. I think I can still get another year out of them after a little patch job. Excellent boots and for the price you can't go wrong as long as you get the right size. The liner will wear down and leave "fuzzy" globs. I gentle cut them off or leave them. I thought I would of had to replace the liners before the boots but apparently not! The liners are still in good shape.

Excellent boots- very warm and well made. Easy to slip on and off. I wear a size 9 1/2/10 and these 10's fit me perfectly. I tuck in the pull string and nylon behind the insulation (as seen in attached pic) unless I’m going to be in the woods or deep snow. I wear these everywhere everyday and they look great with dress and casual wear. The tread is really good and helps with insulation, unlike my thin Sorel’s. These are less expensive, totally waterproof and much warmer then the Sorel’s. I highly recommend.

Arrived super fast and I like that these shoes come in a hard case. What I don't like is the price, they seem to expensive (1st year cheer mom here) for what little of a shoe they are. My daughter is 9 so is growing quickly and I worry about having to buy a few pairs of these a year ot keep up. Very lightweight and material makes me nervous that they wont last. We have decided to just wear them for competition and for occasional practice just before competition to try and preserve them as long as possible. So far she has had them 2 months and they still look brand new. Not an outside shoe, only for indoor use.

My daughter goes through a pair of these each year. They are hard to find in her size unless I purchase them at one of her competitions. If I do that, I am going to spend 10% more than the Amazon price. These shoes are not very durable but I think that is by design. The shoes are meant to be lightweight, almost like a ballet slipper. Keeping that in mind, my goal is simply to get a good price when I purchase the shoes and to avoid going to a series of sporting good retailers in hopes of finding that one store that even sells the shoes - let alone one that sells them and has her size in stock. I save myself the trouble now, I just order them from Amazon Prime and they arrive in two days.

Merrell Women's Siren Edge Hiking Boot, Faience, 8.5 M US So I was a little concerned about buying these shoes because of some of the negative reviews. I'd been shopping for a pair of hiking or approach shoes for several months. I really wanted a lightweight shoe that I could use for trail running in a pinch. When I found these shoes, they had all of the featured I was looking for and I didn't have any excuse to not try them since, with Prime, there were free returns. I've had them for a few days and wore them walking around town for a full day. They are very comfortable and fit as expected. The toe box it roomy compared to my running shoes and they seem VERY WELL MADE despite what others have said. The arch support is really good and they have nice thick tread. I can't really think of anything that I don't like about these shoes. See all the pics to see quality.

I am a 6.5 or 7. I read the reviews and ordered an 8 - it was too big. I ordered a 7 and it fit very well. However, I do not wear socks with them - if so, they would likely be tight. Better off with something that flexes like Nike Frees etc. - our son immediately wanted to run in those. Fashion over function just isn't worth it. Bummer

Bearpaw is an excellent, very high quality brand suede winter boot. My last pair held up for 2 winters but the shaft is crumpled and is rubbing against my shins, so I bought this pair of shorter ones this year. The lining is thick, the soles are non slip. It's difficult to imagine buying a different brand after having had, now 3 pairs if I count the 2 I wore out, in this wonderful brand. Be SURE to spray waterproofing on them. If you wear out a certain part of the bottom of your shoes, or more than one spot, like the left side of the heal on one...get a shoe repair guy to put reinforcement pieces on those spots, it's cheap to do and worth it, I needed 2 on each boot, I think the whole deal was $7 2 years ago.

I would have graded this with 5 stars but the inside seam is rubbing on my ankle - I'm going to need to trim it before wearing it for any length of time. I have another pair that I loved but decided this shorter style might work better but that just makes the inside label lower so it rubs. I was already aware that I needed to go up half a size to get the best fit.

These shoes fit fine and appear to be of solid construction. My daughter likes them. However, the big negative is how tightly the tongue is attached to the body of the shoe. I'm sure the idea is to keep it from getting pushed down when kids are putting the shoes on. In reality, it makes it so my daughter can't get these on by herself. Her previous shoes had a tongue that would pull far away from the shoe and she had no issues. Even when I'm helping her, getting these things on can be a pain.

Really pleased with these boots, true to size for the length and really roomy in height so I've added a thick pair of insoles but will swap these for thick socks when the weather gets cold. Very comfortable and can't imagine they will rub anywhere, worn them for a few wet soggy dog walks and come home with dry feet so they are perfect.

Don't seem true to size and I have to return them. However, they seem as though they will be comfy...

These boots are the equivalent of sliding your foot into an alternate dimension where feet are just happy. The fit was perfect, they’re sleek and stylish, and oh my stars are they ever comfy! 10/10 would buy again.

Std arch support is "just okay". I use a pair of "WalkFit" arch supports in these shoes and it is perfect!
