I've been buying these exact shoes ( New Balance Men's MX608V4 Training Shoe,Black,13 D US ) for years, but now I'm disappointed in the quality.

I typically get a year out of these shoes before I need to replace them. The insoles collapse and the cushion in the sole gets compacted and/or worn down. However, this latest pair has deteriorated within a couple of months instead of a year. The insole in the right-hand shoe has become uncomfortable, which affects my knee and lower back. The shoes felt fine when I got them two months ago, which is why I didn't return them.

I can only guess that the quality of materials they use has gone downhill, which is too bad. I've been a New Balance guy for years, but now I'm looking at other brands for my everyday shoes.

When new, the fit and style are what you expect from New Balance. However, as they break in, the plastic backer/support behind your heel starts to break apart, intermittently shedding thin 1-3cm chunks of black plastic into your shoes as you wear them. It's quite bizarre and not something I've ever seen in my previous 6+ pairs of NB sneakers. I've had to take them off and dump out a free-floating plastic piece probably a dozen times. I doubt I'll buy this particular style again.

Memory foam footbeds remembered that my 300lbs had smooshed um. Replaced with a set of used after market, now like comfy pillows for my 15 4Es. Most likely will buy again, but need a few weeks or months of wear time before I commit to such a long term relationship.

this is my third pair of these, the other two were very comfortable and seemed to last forever. I am recovering from a stroke and these are highly comfortable and offer great support. If they keep making them, i will keep buying them' great product

Purchased for my husband who has terrible plantar fasciitis. He wears these with his orthotics and he says they are very comfortable. We ordered the E width so he has plenty of room for foot to move around. They are of great quality and look great as well with a nice nave suede look.

The worst pair I have ever put on my feet-- I thought breaking them in would help--My feet hurt so bad I had to put them away for good..The fit question had to be answered but it's not accurate...just a bad made shoe

Great style shoes for a wayyyy cheap price. Found them for 50% cheaper than anywhere else. They came a bit large but still fit, only problem is the laces. I wish they provided spares in the box. These laces snapped after 2 months on one shoe. I cannot find replacements anywhere from Ralph Lauren. Luckily it snapped where I could still use the lace just less material is exposed.

I bought these to cosplay Korra and they looked the part. I wear a size 8 sneakers in Nike and Reebok with thick athletic socks and still have wiggle room. I bought these in 8 and barefoot it fit very snug. If I wanted to wear socks, Id probably need a 9. Didnt stain easy and the lining didnt disintegrate. Great but next time I'll try a size larger.

Sooooo IN love with them! Wore them to the snow and they were not heavy, I did not slip on the ice, and my feet stayed dry and warm AND I felt fashionable at the same time. When they got snow on them, the leather color changed and they now have an ombré look and I’m obsessed with it.

Also, I wore them to a 14 hour day at Disneyland and another all day at Universal studios and they were fantastic.

I haven't really worn them anywhere except in the house yet so don't know how they will be when I actually put them to the snow/ wintery weather. They feel comfy but the shoe ties are somewhat of a nuisance because I really have to get them loosened up so I can't get my feet in them.
They seem nicely made and will, no doubt, last a long time.

Based on others' recommendations, I got my normal shoe size. I think it might have been fine if I didn't use orthodics. Once those went in, my feet were uncomfortably smooshed against the top of the shoe. I'd probably order a size up if I liked the boot...

Also - the color wasn't the red I expected. Had hoped for fire engine red, but it was just off.

I ordered these since they had been on one of my wishlists forever, when the price had dropped I said why not and went on and ordered them. In Michigan you must have some sort of warm winter boot and while I have quite a few pairs of Uggs this particular style of bearpaw work just fine for me. Make you use the spray and your feet will be fine in the cold weather.

I prefer the taller ones to keep my pants dry since the snow can get pretty high here some days.

I am so glad I ordered these BearPaw boots. They are so warm and comfy and I think they are on par with my Uggs. I wanted another pair of boots but not any with that faux shearling. These boots are a great price, with many color options and I could have them on all day no sweat. Literally.

These run WAY small and it has nothing to do with the fuzzy lining. I have only worn UGGS or the Costco version of UGGS in the past. I wear a size 9.5 in most shoes and sometimes a 10. I know that these types of boots will stretch out over time and they will be flopping all over the place if you don't buy small. So I've always worn 9 in both versions and they end up being perfect after a week. I got a 9 in these in the charcoal color and cannot even walk in them. My toes are pushing up against the front and the heel is not seated properly. I returned these today and ordered a 10 in chocolate. I'll let you know if those are too small, too. I suggest ordering your normal size instead of thinking they will stretch over time. This was not a "break in" issue. This is clearly a sizing issue and the sizes run SMALL.

EDIT: 3-11-16 : So I just got the 10's today. They fit well in terms of sizing. What I couldn't notice before though, b/c the boot was too small to walk in, is that the shaft of these are puffy and very unflattering. IThe puffiness begins right at the ankle, too, so it gives you a nasty "cankles" look. In other words, going back! My Costco ones are so much cuter, fitted through the shaft and not clunky in any way.
This boot is not my thing!

I ordered Emma Tall for my granddaughter last month. Boots were special ordered (size 12) and finally arrived. She wore the boots approximately five times and the sole on both boots became detached from the boot at each heel. I have notified the company under their Warranty web site and have had no response despite their "within one day" pledge.

I do like the boots and they look just like the picture. ( I've purchased things that look nothing like what is shown before. ) I did read the reviews and everyone who mentioned how hard they are to get on, is correct. I did have some trouble, however I think with use, they'll loosen up. We don't have any snow yet (oddly enough) so I haven't tried them for that purpose so I am curious to see how well the traction is in snow. I will be careful on tile floors as it's mentioned in previous reviews. Some down sides - The inner liner seems thin, so I don't think I could wear them in super cold weather for very long. I did only purchase them for the walk from the parking lot to my office (its quite the hike) and quick trips around town, so I'm not too concerned about that. While there is plenty of room inside of the boot, I don't think, until they stretch, that I could get them on with a thicker wool sock for warmth. Will have to try.. I do hope they work out. This is my third try for winter boots.

I got the extra wide size because the regular size is too narrow and the wide size was not available in my shoe size. The shoe fits great length wise but since I had to get extra wide, it is somewhat big, but not too big that it is uncomfortable, and not too small and narrow like the regular size is so overall, I am satisfied with the shoe.

FIts well, but feels a bit stiff / cheap even after breaking it for ~30miles.

Typically buy running shoes in the $60-120 range from Nike or Asics and thought these might be a good deal at $30, but these have been giving me foot pain by the 2nd or 3rd mile no matter how I retie the laces. Worth a try at $30 but i'll probably junk these and get another pair of something higher end soon.

Great shoe! I'm a huge ASICS fan from running in school, but they always leaked because they breathed so well. These are a little heavier and very solid. I CAN run in these because they are so comfortable but they make my feet sweat really bad because they don't breath. As far as rain or trail running, puddles are no longer a fear. I can splash in puddles and my socks stay dry. Great day to day shoe for all occasions.

        Sabinchen
I'm writing this review only hours after I got these boots, and I am SO excited to try them out outside in the cold weather! I'm in Madison, Wisconsin, and this week is going to stay in the 30's and even dip into the 20's (Fahrenheit!). I will update this review accordingly, and come back in a couple months to write details on durability when it comes to some real winter weather (hello blizzards and -20 degrees!!).

The first thing I noticed out of the box is that they don't have any weird smells, which is great. The outside smell faintly of leather, because that's what they're made of. I looked up the company, and Bearpaw's boots are outside = leather, inside = sheepskin. So if you're thinking about using these in snow like me, we need to waterproof these babies! Luckily I have a spray already to use on them.

The inside of these boots is SO SOFT. If I wore these barefoot (which you can, apparently, but for me - ew! I get sweaty feet), my feet would be in heaven. I tried wearing them with bare legs to see how soft it felt (because against your hands it doesn't feel that soft, it's got kind of a soft, but wooly feel to it) and against my legs it felt so fluffy and silky, so airy!! And warm!! None of the color (I ordered Chocolate) has transferred to my socks/pants. Awesome!

Also, from ALL the pictures I browsed through on the internet, none of them had any good views of the inner lining. I really wanted to judge how thick it was before I ordered, but since I couldn't find any good pictures, I just trusted the reviews saying that they're warm enough for really, really cold winters. And the lining is decently thick - I'd say it's about an inch thick, although over time it might get compressed a little with constant wear. The soles are a different color wool than the rest (it's white instead of chocolate), but still soft and fluffy. It feels like I'm walking on down pillows, mmmm! I put up several pictures of my boots if anyone is interested - of all angles, including the lining! Here is a link to my video of the boot:
        [...]

Some of the reviews said that after a month or two the lining starts wearing off and comes off on your clothes... The lining looks pretty well made, so I don't know if that will happen, but I will update this review if it does start coming off. Hopefully not... I am really loving these!

The bottom of the boots is made of really nice, sturdy but flexible rubber and I can see this really holding up for Wisconsin winters! So excited!! It's as thick as my other winter boots, so that's great news.

        SIZE:
I read so many reviews about what size to order, and it just got confusing. There were pretty much equal amounts of reviews telling you to order down a size, or order up a size. So I went to the Bearpaw website and they suggested ordering up a size...

I usually wear a 9.5 exact (no size 9, no size 10), so I decided to order a size 10. It makes sense, because there's a layer of fluff that you have to consider when you think about how much space there is for your feet. The size 10 fits me really well. When I first put them on, they seemed a tad bit small, but after walking around in them for a few hours, they're already form-fitting to my feet.

Basically: when you order, think about what your size would be when considering an extra inch of lining around your feet, and also remember that you don't want to order too large, because they do form around your feet after some use (that lining will be squished by your walking!). If you're a half size, order the next whole size like I did. I can't speak for people who have whole sizes because I didn't have that situation, but hopefully a size up won't be too big!

On an interesting side note, I think I remember that the Bearpaw website says you can wear these in any kind of weather - and I think that's just weird? How could you wear these on a hot summer day?? These are real winter boots and your feet would hate you for that, hah!

        **** UPDATE ************************ UPDATE ************************* UPDATE ******************************************
        January 2, 2014

So good news everyone! Turns out that the fur lining does NOT rub off on your clothes/socks. I think it kind of did like the second or third day I wore it (probably because it was getting broken in), but it wasn't even that much, and after that it has NEVER happened again. The color never has rubbed off on anything, even in the beginning.

So at this point I would DEFINITELY recommend that you DO NOT buy a size up if you can get your exact size. Only order a little up if you have a half size, just because they don't sell half sizes. After breaking them in they really form fit to your feet, so don't freak out if they feel a little tight when you first get them (it's just that the lining hasn't been squished by your feet yet - think of it like getting super fluffy slippers that mold to your feet).

The boot itself is holding up phenomenal, it's so worth the money! The rubber sole looks barely touched or scuffed or worn down at all and I've been wearing them daily since I got these (so mid-November til beginning of January at this point). I used them to walk to class every day (a mile or two) and I have been running and tramping through half a foot of snow with them. Waterproofing them helps them keep dry and also miraculously keeps all traces of salt stains off - they literally look like I just got them like last week, it's amazing.

As for the stitching on the sides - before I bought them I read some reviews saying that the thread has come apart on the stitching on the outside. So far for me, the stitching has been doing really great - I think there were a couple tiny fly aways at first but it's inconsequential to the strength of the stitches (holding up real well) and no more are occurring over time.

So finally the weather has been getting really cold here (this week we are getting -45 degrees Fahrenheit with the windchill factor and several inches of snow), and I never leave the house without these boots! Actually if I wear them inside the house my feet get too warm. These keep me warm no matter what I'm doing (hiking, walking on frozen lakes, walking through snow and wind). Because of these boots, I actually don't care about the weather outside anymore! I never worry about my toes getting cold, which was a HUGE problem with some of my other boots I've had over the years, because even though the boots were thick and sturdy on the outside (hard rubber or leather), they just didn't keep my toes warm. These are life savers for a Wisconsin girl in Winter!! I don't care about people who say they would never buy them because they look like uggs - I bought these for warmth and boy do they deliver. I have always gone for comfort when it comes to apparel and this is going to be a staple of mine if they don't discontinue these for the next few decades.

Awesome!

This is my second pair of Bearpaw boots. My first ones were bought from an actual retailer and these came in the exact same packaging as my others. Even down to the shoe box inserts. They're super comfy and soft. I feel like this will become my new collection/addiction! Here are the ones I got in charcoal. Don't mind the odd angle of my legs haha

I'm not sure what to think of these boots.... I thought it was a bit strange that they arrived in a plain box with no label and no packaging material. After examining the boots I noticed you could see some of the glue near the sole. I paid nearly $70 for the boots and was starting to feel cheated. Then I looked at the label on the heel and noticed it was off center. Since the boots ran too small I decided to return them and purchase a bigger pair. Low and behold the new pair (from a different seller) arrive in a BEARPAW box with BEARPAW packaging inside. After further examination I see the new boots are slightly shorter than the original. I also notice that the new pair has perfectly straight labels and no glue hanging off the bottom. I'll let you be the judge but I feel like these were FAKES...... See pictures below.

I just got these boots yesterday. For the longest time I could not figure out what the big deal was about this type of boot. Before purchasing these I went into the UGG store and tried on a pair of their boots. With UGG and bear paw I really don't know the difference. You're basically paying for one brand over the other. If you are looking for practicality and comfort more than a label, this is the best bang for your buck! I like bear paw because they make half size shoes (I'm 9.5). I love these so much I bought one pair in gray and one in caramel color and both pairs combined are still way cheaper than one pair of UGGS. My first time wearing the gray ones, I wore them for 12 hours straight. They fit perfectly and true to size. I didn't have any discomfort or complaints and my feet were toasty warm all day in very cold weather. I am completely happy with my purchase!

I have worn the shoe hardly 5 times. See the picture for it’s condition (left and right shoes). I realized this after walking into my office on a cold day. I am not expecting them to last long for the price of the product but I am not expecting cloth and rubber glued and send out either.

Living in Upper Michigan, I definitely know a great pair of snow boots when I wear them, and THESE are truly GREAT! I'm actually from Florida and moved up here two years ago. In that two years, I have owned about 6 pairs of boots, TRYING to find a pair that would actually keep my toes warm! I've tried some of the best names in winter boots and NONE of them have done the job. None, that is, until these! My toes are actually toasty warm, even when I'm out in sub-zero temps for HOURS at a time! I absolutely LOVE these boots! They fit EXACTLY as I expected. Having said that, I ordered a size and a half SMALLER than I normally wear in other shoes, simply based on reviews and comments here on Amazon. They actually fit well enough that I can wear these with one OR TWO pairs of thick winter socks, although I don't anticipate ever NEEDING to wear with two pairs of socks.
Most boots that claim to keep your feet warm in temps down to -40 degrees F are LYING. The comfort rating on these boots is probably accurate. I've actually worn them in temps down to -35 (with the wind chill) and my feet have NEVER been cold, not even my toes! As I said earlier, it's my toes that usually get cold in all of my other (more expensive) snow boots. If these last even ONE of our brutal winters, I will be THRILLED with them. I will say that I bought a bottle of suede/nubuck protectant to make them "water proof" and it has also done it's job. I've already worn these boots in a couple FEET of snow and NEVER had wet feet or lower legs.
At the time that I bought these boots, I believe I paid like $33 for them. I've owned other boots that cost well OVER $100 and NEVER been satisfied with them. This is, by FAR, the best $33 I have EVER spent. On ANYTHING.
Do your feet (and TOES) a favor and BUY these boots! You can't possibly go wrong with these, especially if you live anywhere in the Northern Tier.

PS- I have not been compensated in ANY way for my HONEST review of these snow boots. If Amazon feels the need to compensate me, it will be GREATLY appreciated, though. ;)

I just received my Chocolate Bearpaws. After reading some reviews, I was a little nervous about the size. I take a size 8 but in some cuts of shoe or boot I can take an 8.5. I ordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly! My feet were in heaven as soon as I put them on. I truly cannot tell the difference between these and the Uggs. Someone commented that there was no sheepskin fur on the insole where your foot rests. There sure is and it feels great. If I had gone a size up, which for me would have been a 9, it definitely would have been way too big. These fit the same as the Uggs, at least for me. Color was true to pic. I can't see spending a whole lot of extra money when these are just as good. Also, someone said that the other brands are made in Australia and Bearpaws is made in China. You better take a look again. They are ALL made in China. None of them are made in Australia! Some said that the outer skin of the others is sheepskin while Bearpaw if Cow leather. Well, yes, Bearpaw exterior is "Suede", not sheepskin. But "Suede" is more durable, in my opinion. Both are delicate materials. However, again read labels carefully on other known brands. They all say "Leather upper"....."sheepskin lining". None of them say "sheepskin upper" so I don't know. I have a feeling they are all the same. Bearpaw does make a fake suede and fake fur at a much lesser price. These (Emma short) is the real deal. I can't wait to sink my feet in these when the weather gets colder. My friend's "Bearpaws" held up better for her than her more expensive brand. For the money, this can't be beat. And remember, for all suede and sheepskin, you need to waterproof and stainproof them before using them in rain and snow. None of these brands claim to be waterproof or stainproof. They are suede in nature, after all. So you need to be careful. I will update again once I've gotten through the winter with them to let you all know how they held up. I will not be wearing them every day at the exclusion of all other shoes and boots so I plan to enjoy these for many years to come! Stitching and seaming seem to be the same as other brands as well. Can't go wrong for the money! Came quickly. Packaging was great. Got mine directly through Amazon, not third party merchant. Sometimes that can make a difference. When dealing directly with Amazon, I have never had a problem.

I have worn the shoe hardly 5 times. See the picture for it’s condition (left and right shoes). I realized this after walking into my office on a cold day. I am not expecting them to last long for the price of the product but I am not expecting cloth and rubber glued and send out either.

Yes, buying shoes online can be a frustrating experience but I wasn't going to pay what they charge in store. These are an excellent deal, if only they fit. I read multiple reviews that said they fit true to size but were initially tight. My toes are still crammed after constant wear over a month. I can tolerate them on shopping trips and will wear them out around the yard but that's where it ends. They pinch my toes but are exceptionally cozy and warm. Minus my toes my feet would absolutely love these, they really do form to your foot. The material is very high quality. I wear a size 9 and sometimes that's too large depending on the manufacturer, especially in boots. I was disappointed because I wore them, expecting a break in period, so I cannot return. A ten on the other hand I tried on at a store for the heck of it and they were way too big. A 9.5 probably would have been perfect but alas, per usual, no half sizes online. Love the idea of the boots, my recommendation is if you are a half size, for example, 8.5 go up a half size to a 9 and you will love these boots. If you wear a regular size and go up a size, i.e.: from a 9 to a 10, they'll probably be too big. Obviously everyone has different feet but this would be my suggestion.

These boots lasted less than 3 months for me. I have bought this same pair before and they lasted at a minimum the entire fall/winter. But they have slits for grip on the soles and from standard use, the slits have split all the way into the cushion on the bottom of the boots. There is probably a better tread pattern than this one.

Update: I submitted a warranty request through Bearpaw on January 10th, they approved the request on 1/16 and now it is 1/25 and I still have no tracking number like it has shipped yet. It may have shipped and I just don't have it yet. But 2 weeks in Ohio winter with no wearable boots is annoying. I don't buy lots of extra shoes, I just buy what I need so I didn't have a backup expect heavy snow boots. I feel like I should have just bought another pair and wrote these off instead of getting the warranty request.

Sadly this is not our first, second, or third pair of bear Bearpaw boots. I believe this pair which I received was stuck in storage for so long with hot conditions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought these for my wife as an x-mas gift. fit was a bit tight in the shaft but stretched out after a few days. After 16 days they tore along the seam on the top of the boot...we put a white piece of paper in them to show the size of the tear they were worn very little not enough to tear so easy. the quality seemed well enough they seemed sturdy up to that point, also I might point out that it was an odd place for them to tear considering you pull them on it seems as though they would have ripped from the back. Amazon was wonderful as always made the return easy and issued a refund as soon as they received the item.

LOVE these boots. They have the same quality as the more expensive alternative brand (UGG) and are much more within my budget. When you are buying shoes for two teenagers as well as yourself you tend to find the best product at the best price. These were my answer to two teenagers and myself wanting UGGS...I just couldn't swing almost $500 for three pairs of boots...we each got a pair for about $60 each! That is quite a savings. Do your research and you will find that the name brand is all you are paying for. Look for quality workmanship as well as a good warranty and use a reputable seller. I would buy this brand again. And again, and again.

I ordered a pair of these boots in another color several months ago, and have worn them pretty much every day. My winter has been much warmer than usual! I ordered 2 more pair in different colors while they're on sale. They do pack down a bit over time, but I've been happy sizing up 1/2 size, instead of down, as some advised. I usually wear a 6.5, and ordered these in a 7. A size 6 would have been too short, even with long-term wear. They're pretty wide, which I expected (my feet aren't). Sort of like wearing the most comfortable, cozy slippers ever. No arch support, if that's important to you. So far I'm impressed with the quality of these boots. Really only ordered them to be worn indoors, but have worn them everywhere all winter and they've held up well. (The soles are better on ice and snow than I had expected.) The shearling lining has made them the only boots I can wear for hours without causing sweaty (and then, cold) feet. Love these boots. Hard to imagine why anyone would pay 3x (and more) for [super-expensive brand name goes here].

When I received the boots today, I noticed that the box was pretty banged up. I figured maybe during the sorting process that something happened. But when I opened the box, there were many noticeable areas where the boots were actually worn from use. With all of the positive reviews, I was not expecting to receive used boots!

Box was damaged and boots looked like they've been sliding back and forth a lot, left scuffs on the bottom rim. I wear size 6.5-7 and got 6 this time. They are snug, but I'm sure they'll become looser with wear. Bought size 7 a year ago and after some wear they felt too loose. Quality seems good, but there isn't much overlap where the buttons are, it might let in cold air.

I would love to give these 5 stars. They are cute, versatile boots, look very warm, arrived quickly. But they are just too small for me. If you have a wide foot like me, beware. I have a wide left foot (ok, cankle) from edema. Couldn’t even get the left one on. I’ve had other brands that come in wide width that fit great. These don’t come in wide width. I saw they ran a bit big in some reviews & took a chance. My bad. Just putting this rating out there for anyone like me who might be considering these. Everyone else, you will love them! I really was looking forward to them & really wished they fit! :( Even considered keeping them, just in case, but had to return). Hope they fit all who buy! :)

I bought these boots to have something warm to wear to work, since our office building is very old and drafty. While they serve their purpose of keeping me warm, the shaft looks like banana peels being pulled back. I guess if I just stood in them and didn't walk the boots would not flare out as they do. But we all know we cannot get through any day just standing in 1 place and never taking a step. I should have just bitten the bullet and bought the other, more expensive brand. I've only owned them for like 2 months and have worn them about once a week. They look like untied combat boots where the sides and tongue fold out and down. Not impressed whatsoever with the style. I've even thought about getting a giant stapler to keep them more together/secure, but that's pretty lame to do. This will be my 1st and last pair of Bear Paws.

Just got my blue Bearpaw in, came in earlier than expected, packaged well. Brand new in the box great quality. The buttons are not just for looks they do function so that you can fold your boots down. I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8 they are snug, but it's recommended that you order your normal size as they do stretch a bit. I have been walking around the house in them for a few hours and they are starting to get a bit looser. Definitely a good investment as I won't need to buy more boots for a few winters.

I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8. They fit perfectly. They are very warm and cozy whether I wear them with socks or not. I got my pair at a steal for only $17.00 but when I went back to order another pair (I wanted one for in the house as slippers and one for out and about) they had gone back up in price. They are definitely worth the higher price though.

I have had these for about a month now and they are still going strong even though I often end up doing my farm chores in them.... When I spill water on them it does not go through to my feet (I would probably still put the water proof spray on if you intend to wear them in wet environments for a long period of time though.)

My puppy chewed two toggles off (UGH!) - but I went to the bearpaw website and it turns out you can order replacements with no shipping charge. SO I really have nothing but good things to say about these boots. I have bought my daughter several pairs and they always hold up well. I am so glad that I finally decided to get a pair for myself!

So, after wanting a pair of "fuzzy" boots for years, but not wanting to pay bookoo $$$ for Uggs, I discovered Bearpaw. Where do I begin? These boots are sooo comfy! Great for wearing without socks. They keep your feet warm and dry but are not overly hot. Some other reviews I read said that they ran small, but I ordered a size 9 (I usually wear an 8 or 9 depending on the shoe) and they fit perfectly! I decided on the abigail style because I have large-ish calves and was worried about being able to get the boot on. This style is also great because I can easily tuck my boot cut jeans into it (I am not one of the privileged few who look good in skinny jeans). The sole is sturdier than it looks in the pictures. As for traction, this style doesn't look like it would be that safe to wear on icy days, but I haven't tried it out yet. Probably better for going to the mall than shoveling your driveway. Anyway, I ordered black (because it goes with everything!) but can definitely see myself ordering more colors in the future! Glad that I finally decided to get some of these boots!

I got them in hickory cheetah colored and I really like the lil something extra it adds to my outfits. Growing up I never liked this style of boots but now that I've gotten my sec pair I actually like them. Their a must for those cold winter nights and days. The Abigail have a lil less fur than the regular bear paws and they are a lil harder to get on especially if you have wide feet/ ankle's ( I have neither). Will be purchasing more in different color and styles because their great quality for the price u pay.

BEARPAW is a quality boot and a cost effective alternative to UGG (for my 8 year old daughter).
We have been buying them for a few years now, 1~2 pairs per season.
We loved the color of these boots but unfortunately they are too small and not the size 5 that we ordered.
In the photo I placed them heel to heel with a locally bought size 5 BEARPAW boot.

These are very warm, rugged, comfortable, nice-looking ugg-type shearling boots. However, they run very small in length with very little room for toes, while at the same time they are also too wide. I normally wear a women's size 11, but I purchased size 12 since so many of the reviews say to go up a size, and I'm glad I did. These 12s are still a little on the short side & crowding my toes, while simultaneously slipping/too wide in the heel. Makes me think these are assembled on a Men's last, not Women's. Also, the shaft is not sheepskin but cowhide, with an extra layer of sheepskin/fleece on the inside, which makes them stand up & look really fat. Ok if you have thinner legs like I do, I guess, but on someone who has larger calves these boots simply would not work. I'm keeping this pair because the price was great, but next time I'll get Uggs.

I've purchased 3 pairs of Bearpaw's of Emma 12" in the last 3 years or so and so far, the latest 2 pairs are the best due to the redesign of the sole. The lst pair I purchased, the sole cracked immediately after wearing them, parts of it actually fell off so, they became unwearable and I spent aprox. $40 but had to throw them away.

The redesign hasn't caused any sole cracking or loosening from the suede boot. There is a slight issue tho. I stepped in my cat's throw up (gross I know) and it got into the deep tiny grooves of the design in the sole. I had to use toothpicks to dig it out because using water & a scrub brush could not reach inside those tiny grooves. It took forever to clean each tiny groove and the toothpicks would break in the process. This was so frustrating!

The sole design is cute but not practical due to the fact that you're going to step in something eventually and if you want to keep the soles clean and not track goop around, you'll need to reach the goop in those teeny grooves. Uggs don't have grooves on their soles (or my pair doesn't) and they're much easier to keep clean. Bearpaw should design the soles so that they can be cleaned easily and so no yucky goop collects inside those teeny tiny grooves.

Edit: Last winter (2017) the soles split on these as well. Even with the new soles, it didn't keep them from splitting. I never wear them outside so, these must be fragile just like the former soles.

I have a pair of Uggs from 10 yrs ago and the soles are just as intact as the day I purchased them. I know they're very expensive but I've purchased now so many pairs of Bearpaw....I could have just bought a 2nd pair of Uggs! Sometimes, quality IS expensive and there's no getting around it ...darn it, it's just the truth.

The product is great! However the packaging appeared to be nice at first since the boots came in their "bear paw" box, but when I opened the box not only did I find the shoes, but I received an additional half-empty bag of chips.
The ship crumbs were all over the shoes! Gross! I was able to wipe the chips off... But why?

The first time I ordered these I had to send them back and get a size up because they were WAY TOO SMALL. Like my foot was squished and my calf was suffocated. I'm normally a size ten so I ended up getting these in a size 11 and they were way better. The calf was still a little tight though so if you don't have super skinny calves either then you may even want to go two sizes up. The packaging I received the boots in was terrible- like went through a shredder and survived terrible. I have a feeling it may have been because it wasn't through prime shipping when I got these? I don't know. I think in the description it tells you that these shoes will stretch- they don't - what you feel is what you get, so make sure they feel good. My boots are still in really good quality and I have worn them periodically over the last few months and they've held up really well. They are super cute too so I'm overall happy that I got them.

So far, so good. I have mostly been wearing them around my house and for Quick trips outside. They are much higher quality than I was expecting given the reviews but they seem really well stitched, sturdy, and I love that they have rubber soles. I bought a 7 which is what I usually wear and they fit comfortably with socks and there's just a little extra room if you're not wearing socks. The boot fits comfortable around my calves (14in at widest point), not too snug or lose (I can fit my hand in there). I also waterproofed them using a spray and have not noticed a huge difference in color so that is nice. Happy to have these for winter, Will update if anything changes .

Update: After only occasional light wearing, think quick trips outside with dogs and one wear to work, some stitching on the outside of the boot has started to come undone and the fabric has become loose :( Disappointinh after such a short amount of time and very little wear. They are otherwise very comfortable and warm!

These are my fourth pair of Bearpaw boots. The last two pairs I had last me a few years before I decided they weren't acceptable to wear outside of the house anymore lol. These boots are super comfortable and plush when you first buy, but the inner sole does start to wear away after a while and it just feels flat in the shoe, not plushy and soft. One the up side, the rest of the shoe wears like your favorite pair of jeans each time you wear them. They definitely keep your feet warmer than a pair of sneakers or flats and are stylish to boot. I'm glad that Bearpaw decided to get rid of the metal logo hardware that they used to put on the back of the heel and the side of the boot. My hardware came off all of my boots and looked so tacky. I probably could have gotten another year out of those if it wasn't for that. I love this company and these boots, and will definitely be buying a few more pairs.

As an aside: Buy the super hydrophobic spray LiquidOff to preserve the suede on these. You won't regret it and they sell it on Amazon.

I struggled with deciding how to rate this product for a few different reasons. I'll start with what I love about these shoes.
        1. I love the color variety
        2. Very comfortable and provides great arch support
        3. They aren't too tight around the toes or ankles
I got the purple and silver outlined ones, the colors go great together and are vibrant enough to not be boring or overwhelming.
These shoes provide the right amount of arch support I need for my medium arches and my heels. The material allows for enough movement so that your feet aren't feeling stiff or experiencing limited motion in the shoe while running, walking, or cycling.
There's enough space for your toes to wiggle so they dont lose circulation and so far I haven't experience any rubbing od the show against the back of my heels. (I also wear altheletic socks with heel tabs so this is probably a big factor here)

My biggest issue with these shoes is that they provide zero support when the ground is wet. I'm constant slipping and almost falling when I wear these and walk across tile and laminate floors. In all honesty if I had know these had zero slip resistance I would've gone with a different shoe because in my current budget 50-60 dollars is a lot to spend on shoes that I'll end up hurting myself in.

So all in all these shoes very pretty and provide good arch and heel support. They are made with good materials but they aren't slip resistant whatsoever. If youre okay with slippery shoes that are very cute then go for it. If youre like me and want some sort of slip resistance with your running shoe I recommend doing some research on shoes with better slip resistance especially since these are on the expensive side.

Got these boots last week for my son, ordered half size bigger, fit perfect! he wore these boots at the mountains to go hunting with his dad, and it was very-very cold up there for thanksgiving, he said his feet were warm at all times, and even went through puddles of water and his feet stayed dry, you can adjust the elastic cord on the top to prevent snow or anything go inside the boot, can't wait to see how these do in the snow! I love these boots and will definitely buy them again when he outgrows them. Also keep in mind, Amazon has the cheapest price on this style and color, I checked all sites including the sister site 6pm and as always, amazon didn't disappoint. the delivery was super fast, 2 days from the moment I placed the order.

Another data point on sizing: I wear 11.5 in most shoes. I bought the 11 and the 12 to see which worked best for me (with the inserts). The 11 fit snugly with just a pair of regular athletic socks - a little room at the heel but pretty tight around the toes. The 12 was somewhat loose with just these socks but not uncomfortably so.

With a thicker sock (Dickies brand heavyweight crew) AND the thinner athletic sock (Puma), the 12 fits perfectly. The 11 is too snug. However, with just the thick socks, the 11 is perfectly snug (which you want in boots since they lack the ankle support that laced shoes provide) and the 12 still has a little too much room. Since the boots are so warm already, I don't want to wear more than the heavyweight crew socks for fear my feet will sweat too much. So, the smaller or larger size could be right for you if you are a half-size - just depends on what type of socks you are going to wear. I went with the 11s.

These boots are great but be aware that the wide boots have different liners than the regular boots. The regular Kamik Rocket boot has a thicker liner that gives the boot a -40 rating. These boot have a thinner liner with a -20 rating. It appears that what Kamik did was use the same outer boot with a thinner liner to make more room for a wider foot.

My daughter has worn Kamik boots for the past two winters (the Snowbug style), so when I saw this boot on sale in August I jumped on it. I compared the size to her current shoes, concluded it would be the right size to grow into over the winter, and put it away without showing her so that she wouldn't want to wear it for the rest of the summer.

I was patting myself on the back for being so prepared for winter, but when I pulled the boot out of the closet in December, we discovered that the liner is stitched in such a weird and narrow way, with a sharp right angle, that there's no way for her to jam her foot in. She doesn't have a fat or wide foot; she's medium width in all her other footwear. The footbed is the right size, but that hardly matters. She could wear them without the liner, but then they'll be way too big and sloppy and have no insulation. I'm so disappointed.

I see now that there are other reviews with the same complaint. I wonder if they are specific to certain sizes, because I don't see how these boots could work for any kid. FWIW, I am reviewing a toddler size 9.

I love these boots! I usually wear a 7-7.5 and due to all of th reviews I went ahead and bought an 8. They fit great and my feet didn’t slip around in them. Just the perfect amount of snug. I really put them to the test and wore them to help my mother move in to her new house in the snow and ice. First off, it was in the single digits most of the day and I never felt like my feet got cold. I never felt like I was going to slip because the soles are sturdy and have good traction. The snow never soaked through my boots and my feet never got wet. Plus, for being on my feet ALL.DAY (8am-11pm) they were extremely comfortable. I am definitely going to buy another pair, possibly in another color and definitely when I wear this pair out!

These boots are cute, super comfy and very light weight (but still warm and cozy). B/c others said they run small, I ordered a size larger (I wear 7 and I ordered 8), but they are still way too small for me. Too snug even with bare feet, and I definitely couldn't wear socks with them. Love the boots though so I'm going to exchange them for size 9. I have fairly narrow feet so the width is not an issue, the boots are just unusually small - or the sizes are mislabeled. What the seller claims is size 8, in reality is size 7. Other than that, these are great, soft, fuzzy boots :)
I'm taking off one star b/c of the sizing issue.

I purchased these boots in grey, and I love them! Like most fur lined boots, they are more comfortable without socks. They do not offer arch support, which is okay for me. I wear a 7.5, and ordered a size 8, after reading other reviews that said they were a bit small. Size 8 was a great choice. The boots fit will and look fantastic. This is my second pair of FatBaby boots because I LOVE FatBaby boots. Not only are they comfortable but they are stylish. Now I'm no cowgirl so I didn't buy them to wear mucking stalls or to look good while riding my horse. I simply bought them because I needed a black pair and they look great with both my Blue Jeans and my Skinny Jeans. Because I have a narrow foot with a high arch and my feet tend to start aching mid way through the day, no matter what type of shoe I wear, I put insoles in all of my shoes. However, when I put my insoles in these boots the top of my foot rubbed on the top of the boot making it very uncomfortable. However, without the insoles the boots are too roomy, my feet flop around and I have no arch support. But I figured out that if I wear two pairs of socks there is not as much flop room and I can comfortably wear and walk in the boots most of the day. This can be a little inconvenient in the summer months but I've heard somewhere that sometimes you have to suffer for beauty, and I personally feel the sweaty feet are worth how good I look in the boots, call me shallow if you will, I don't care. My favorite thing about these boots are how great they look on me. I can't wait until I get my next pair.

I have about six pairs of Ariat Fatbaby boots in various colors and materials, and five pairs of various other Ariat women's' styles. They consistently run true-to-size, are comfortable, and last forever. They also garner a lot of admiring comments from strangers in airports, for some reason. I love the brand and these are no exception. Ariat boots aren't just for the equestrian set; they have fashion and work boots, and uniformly deliver fit, function, and durability. I prefer them to my more expensive Frye boots, and will remain a loyal customer for myself or when I need a nice gift.

I love my shoes! They are very supportive, especially around the ankle area, but still have enough room in the toes to be comfortable even when walking down hill. These are good shoes to wear all day long, even after a workout. I wear them with light weight socks. Usually, my shoes are size 8.5 to 9; these shoes are size 9.5.

Waited nearly 3 years to but Ariat boots - these particular boots are PERFECT! Tons of toe room - rounded toe is plenty wide enough for wiggle room. Stitching is gorgeous! Where stitching of leather meets the ankle I had serious rubbing issues. When viewed from the front, the sides of the boot tapered in at the ankles. I stuffed paper inside the boot at that exact spot to get rid of the convex way the boot was originally, and after 2 days the sides of the boot were reshaped to be perfectly straight at that seam - no more rubbing. I purchased sole inserts at the same time I purchased the boots, but the boots are so comfy I didn't need them! I live in south Florida and was warned that boots would be sweltering. These are perfect because they breathe and they are short. Buy these boots and you will be seriously happy!

These were the first boots I have bought online. Normally, I go to the store and try them on. The last pair I bought was Ariat Fatbaby Collection in 6.5B, they were tight (as all my boots when I first buy them), but after 1-2 weeks they fit good. So... I figured I would order my next pair from Amazon, same brand and collection, and same size. The color is lighter than pictured, which I really like the color they actually are, compared to the picture. The boot fits quite loosely. I can slip my foot in the boot without bending over and yanking it on. Hopefully, the boot will not expand any more, as then it would be too big. I was surprised the boot fit as loosely as it does. I have had them for almost a week, and they seem like they are going to work out. I wouldn't be able to go to a size 6, it would be too small length wise. Overall I really like the boot!

I have now bought two pairs of these boots.

        They are okay.

They are not overly comfortable, but they get the job done and are not terrible.

My first pair lasted...period. Only got a new one when I did because my employer pays $75 towards a new pair every year so...why wouldn't I?

I am a truck driver who both drives and spends quite a bit of time unloading and the toes in these boots certainly have saved me quite a bit of pain and actually become useful for kicking things like pallets around, saving my back a bit.

Point: These are well made, durable, sturdy boots. A good buy for less than $100. The only two things I do not like about them that make these boots lose a star are:

1- The strings kind of suck. They broke fast and are overly stretchy for my liking. This is a minor issue, as nice strings are quite inexpensive (couple of dollars).
2- The boots could be more comfortable and the padding inside wears down within the first few months.

Overall, a solid inexpensive pair of boots that could last up to two years, but I would advise, for comfort sake, replacing at least yearly.

I needed a good steel toe work boot to wear outside in the elements all year around. I live in Chicago and work outside at O'Hare Air Port. I've only had them for just over a month but can say they are worth the money. These are not winter boots, but can be warn in cold weather, if wearing thick wool socks and using foot warmers.

        Pros
        - Very comfortable once you break them in.
        - Nice looking and goes with everything
        - Steel toe
        - Has a removable soft sole insert
        - Heavy duty stitching
        - Thick leather body thats flexible and doesn't crack
        - Holds in heat when needed and allows heat to escape to prevent feet from sweating
        - Heavy in weight, which equals to a well made boot
        - Water resistant

        Cons
        - Don't have any for now

I do not usually leave reviews but these boots need to be hyped up so that they make them forever. I am a military veteran, current military civilian instructor, automotive hobbyist, and home handyman who is generally always around heavy objects and very dirty, slippery, oily environments a few times every single week both at work and home - and I can honestly say that these are some of the best work boots I have ever owned. Especially for the cost, which is far lower in price than lower quality workbooks such as Doc Martens Industrial (comfortable but not durable even though they have premium pricing) and any other similarly priced boot lot these Cats like Dickies (because they are usually close to $50). Not only were they very comfortable right out of the box, but the slip resistance and oil resistance is noticeably better than any other boot I have ever worn to work (military warehouses, tanks, shipping containers, industrial stuff that flattens toes and ruins work shoes) and they maintain a better clean look that allows me to still wear them with business casual work clothes as well. I could not be more satisfied not only in these boots, but knowing that I can grab another pair in a few years for the same great price.

The only negative is having to spend the time to use a Sharpie to color over the VERY yellow CAT and CATERPILLAR logos so that I am not a walking advertiesement for tractors but I guess that makes them an art project too so right on. Cheers to these boots.

It is difficult to find shoes to fit my wide foot. I have worn the Brooks Adrenalines for several years now. I never realize how worn down my old pair is until I slip into the new ones. They are like putting your foot into a cloud. So soft and cushy. The reason I only gave it four stars is because the arch feels a little too far back for my arch. It is still comfortable despite that one little thing. My other concern is there is no guard on these where my toes always wear a hole. Time will tell. I LOVE the color! I usually don't get much of a choice in my size, so I was super excited to find such pretty ones. I bought a women's size 10 EE. The fit is perfect.

These boots are really cute and look great but they have not held up well at all. After about 2 weeks of normal (and not daily) wear (errand running, dropping kids at school) the color has worn off the heel area of the boot. I'm disappointed since these weren't the cheap. A few weeks in and these look like an old beat up pair of shoes

Great for my mild bunions on my big toe joints. I have arthritis in my big toe joints and I get constant pain there if the shoe isn't wide enough. The regular size of this style rubs so I must buy a wide. I tried these on elsewhere before because I was interested, and wanted to buy from Amazon. This is the only brand of shoes I wear now due to my bunions (rarely wear heels or flats unless its for an occasion). Women's size for regular width is M. Wide in women's shoes would be a D. I also bought an almost black pair with gray (for work) but had to buy a men's style because they don't have the same color schemes in women's. The cushioning for GHOST 10 is THE BEST for the Ghost line so far. I feel like I'm walking on pillows! Very stable and keeps my foot from rolling inward. The heel area is a bit high, but gives the support. The shoes are light weight even though it may look a bit cluncky at the heel. Don't let the look fool you. I use one pair for work (with Power Step insoles per my Dr. for the bunions and because I'm on my feet 8 hours a day) and one for running and walking (without insoles).

Helpful hint I learned; women's and men's Ghost shoes are the same for the make up of the shoe cushion and build materials except for the width and size of course. Women who wear men's shoes would be 1 1/2 size smaller. Men's widths are automatically wide size D for their "regular size". Example, I wear a 10W(D) in women's. In men's I am an 8 1/2(D). If I was a regular width in women's I would be a 10(M). Also I learned that as you gain weight your foot expands as well and has to take some of the tension in the feet, therefore you should take this into consideration when sizing. For those who are dealing with the bunion issue, I took a picture (don't laugh my feet are a little tan but not gross either lol). I think its important to show because many other types of athletic shoes for years make shoes way too narrow but rarely offer wider sizes in the popular styles. Although this has changed for the better in recent years it still can be a pain for folks who need a wide with or something to accommodate their foot issues. So we are stuck with the not so great looking popular shoes sometimes. But Brooks has one of the best looking athletic shoes that offer stability and support for individuals needing a wide shoe, and/or have flat feet- IMO. There are some others brands that do the same as well. Those for me are hit and miss because sometimes the stitching and material would rub in the bunion area or some styles for a particular year wasn't reinforced enough. But for my feet, none of the Brooks styles I have ever owned disappointed me! Learning what type of feet I have and getting checked up on my foot issues helped me focus on better shoes for my health. My money, time, and investment has been well spent with the Brooks brand instead of focusing on the "popular shoes everyone has to have".

I loved the launch 2's but I had issues with the 3's. The 3's were way more narrow and toe box felt smaller which resulted in the shoes constantly rubbing my toes. This model is just as good if not better than the 2's ( in my opinion.)

I am an avid runner and have tried many many different types and brands of shoes but always want to run in these. Super light weight and springy. I love the 4's please don't change them!

Switched my socks to ones with "tabs" in the back. This has helped me personally with the shoe rubbing my heel causing minor blisters. Still loving this model SO much I am thinking of getting a 2nd pair for back up. Please don't change a thing Brooks!

I bought these when I have to get near the ocean water when it's cold in San Francisco when I do metal detecting. The opening can be closed snug so the water waves will have a harder time going in. The fit is just slightly big, just the way I want it for comfort. The padding and knot will keep my feet from coming out too. I have cheap water boots that is made for the same purpose but with those, a high wave will certainly come in easily.

USPS just dropped these off as I was headed out to the barn for my morning chores. We got about 8 inches of snow the other day so I took off my old barn boots and put these on right away. I'm a men's 9.5 but ordered size 10 and the fit is perfect with regular socks on. You won't need heavy socks with these boots as they have a great liner in them. I have a pretty wide foot and like I said going up a half size worked out well. Very comfortable, warm and great traction and they seem like they'll last quite a few years, and I'm pretty rough on my boots. I highly recommend this product as you are getting a lot of bang for your buck.

My favorite sneaker. I have flat feet and suffer from plantar fasciitis. I bought my first gel venture 6 from DSW because I was in so .much pain and this sneaker is so amazing that I got another from Amazon. It is the only sneaker that gives my foot enough support that I don't feel pain. I have one for daily wear and one for the gym and I can be on my feet all day at work plus workout without feeling like I'm dying or my feet are going to fall off. I have recommended these to my family and bought the men's one for my fiancé and he loves it too.

Bottom line: get it, your feet will thank you

I have terrible plantar fasciitis in my right foot and have to work on my feet all day. These shoes have helped tremendously. The cushioning is great and they fit very well.

So I think the shoes are ok. They came in a New Balance kids sandals box for starters... they were lightly wrapped in tissue with no tissue inside the shoe. Each shoe has what appears to be a slight skuff but the tread does not appear to have been worn but there is a small amount of glitter on the bottom of each shoe. I felt no foot or toe indentations inside the shoe... so I'm not sure what's going on here. Im planning on keeping them since they are back up shoes for school which get wrecked pretty quickly but paying full price for a shoe that has signs of being used by someone... that makes me rather upset. I bought a different pair of sauconys and they came wrapped tightly in tissue paper with tissue inside the shoe in the correct shoe box... I'll pay full price for that.

Definitely order a half size up. I wear 7 1/2 and I ordered a size 8. Perfect fit!! Very comfortable and cute! Love the Bordeaux color! Perfect fall hue. The quality is comparable to my Uggs boots. These are my first Bearpaw boots and I'll definitely be buying more.

I've been searching a very long time to find a leather winter boot fully line with real sheep wool and in my size (a 12!). When I saw this on Amazon, I was quite skeptical because of the affordable price. Too, I was a bit concerned with the few negative reviews about the boot coming apart.
HOWEVER ... every one has sung the praises of Bearpaw's excellent customer service so I felt it was a safe risk.
I've only worn them a half a dozen times but just LOVE them. They are very comfortable and keep my feet very warm in our frigid Michigan winter.
I also did purchase UGG's cleaning and care kit to treat the leather and maintain them.

I purchased these boots because and also purchased a pair of short UGG boots from Kohl's ( cinder color) that they had just gotten in. Although a cute color, I was hoping they would've had the same style but in chestnut or light color which is the most versatile color. I found these, read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I'm glad I purchased these and returned the UGGs. They fit me just right and feel just like the UGG. I'm a size 8 but wide calf, hence the short boot, and I was skeptical and thought maybe I should go with a 9 to make sure. I went with an 8.5 and it fits just right. No sliding back and forth from being too big ( like a size 9) but enough room to wiggle my toes even with regular socks. I also know from experience that this is temporary, being snug, because the lining is fluffy and new. Once I've worn them for a while, the lining will accommodate to the shape of my foot. I have to say, I really really like this product all around and, so far, have no negative remarks. Time will tell and hence why I'm wearing them every day.

I have been looking for this boot in black at an affordable price for 2 years and finally found it on Amazon. TMI warning. I have bilateral primary lymphedema of the lower extremities translated means I have chronic severe swelling of both of my legs above the ankle and below the calf which makes buying winter boots almost impossible. I found a pair of Bearpaws in a green at a store locally which doesn't match anything I own and green isn't a color I want to wear but I needed a boot that I could get on that would keep me warm and dry and could accomodate the swelling with or without the toggle button fastened. The green pair worked but they've seen better days. I had been looking for them in Black for 2 years but I couldn't afford them until I searched Amazon this year. I didn't even have to think about it I ordered them they've arrived and I'll be ready for whatever winter throws at me this year.

I got these today so other than around the house haven’t worn them yet. I’ve been wanting a pair of UGGs but they’re so expensive, and when I read the great reviews on these I had to try them. From the moment I put them on, my feet felt so cozy and warm! Now I’m looking forward to colder weather so I can wear them all the time!

I am a 6.5 or 7. I read the reviews and ordered an 8 - it was too big. I ordered a 7 and it fit very well. However, I do not wear socks with them - if so, they would likely be tight. I have some issues with bunions and need a shoe that runs wide in order to be comfortable and this boot is fine and comfortable. They are warm as well.

When I ordered these, I was hesitant. I was even more hesitant when ordering my actual size because people said that they run small. I ordered my size nine, which is what I normally wear, and they fit like a charm. Everything about these boots are perfect. They fit snug (the way I want them) and they are so comfortable. I would recommend these to everyone (: I adore them!

This review is for Bearpaw Women's Rosie boot.
First a lot of reviews I read before buying these boots said to buy a size up, I do not suggest doing that. I have multiple shearling boots made by different companies and I wear my normal size in all of them. The boots may feel a little tight when you first get them but that is a good thing because they will stretch out a bit with wear.
Okay now on to the boot itself! I really like the style of these boots, and they look very cute on. I like the button detail and the band that loops around the button feels very sturdy which is great because I was a little worried about it being flimsy. The sole on these is awesome! They feel sturdy and tough, more like a real sole and not that almost spongy / cardboard like material that my Ukala's and apparently some Ugg's have as well. I got the "Emerald" color, which I completely love! It is a nice forest green and goes well with so many colors. These boots are warm and comfortable and they feel very well made, I think they will last me for a very long time. I would highly recommend these boots as well as other Bearpaw boots, I know I will be buying more!

I got these for my girlfriend, and she loves them. She wears an 8.5, but bear paws only in whole sizes, I got her a size 9 and they fit her perfectly.

There isn't much arch support, but that is because of the shoe style. These are such a better deal than Uggs.

Ordered these boots to replace a similar pair that I bought two years before. The first pair I wore a lot, especially in the winter, and normal wear and tear started to kick in. This order was a mess. First, they never shipped them. I contacted the seller, and they quickly sent out another pair. However, it’s only been three months of wearing them less frequently than the previous pair and the entire sole of one has peeled away and is falling off.

Our 4 year old has worn nothing but Saucony's her entire life. We keep going back when she outgrows them. She calls them her "running shoes". This color is great as it goes with basically everything. The life expectancy is also great, well made, good materials.
