Beautiful shoe. Good fit. Only one small problem -- the lip tends to slip down into the shoe. Fixable, though, by simply re-routing the laces.

My old 609's finally wore out. Used shoe goo for last couple of years to keep them going. Bought 608's and they fit great, look great and feel great. Have walked several miles in them in last two weeks with no break in time. No blisters or sore feet. They are great for me

I've only had these shoes a short time but have worn them several times now for good amounts of time and love them. I got the 2E width because I have a somewhat wider foot and they fit perfectly well. I was a little surprised at the comfort level as I wasn't expecting a lot but the comfort is great and it has much more arch support than I was expecting too. All in all, I am extremely happy with the 608 and plan to wear them all day tomorrow for the opening football game of the season. That's how confident I feel about the comfort of this shoe. I got them in the grey color and I think they are a very nice looking shoe in that color so that's a bonus. Highly recommend.

Great for the office. I wear my formal dress shoes to work but change into my New Balance sneakers. From a distance, no one can tell they the difference. Although I work in an office, I am on my feet all day and these are a more comfortable set of footwear to get through the day. So, I do not use these to walk in but rather as an office alternative to dress shoes. I bought size 10 which is what I wear in other footwear, as well.

I've worn New Balance running shoes (even thought I'm not a runner) for years but the tops are always mesh and cool/cold this time of the year. I ordered these because the tops are all leather and warmer. Nice shoes but not quite as comfortable as the better running shoes.

Been wearing this model New Balance shoe for years, so I knew what size I needed (9.5EEEE). I wear a 10 in Nike Monarch's but New Balance I wear a 9.5. Excellent shoe, great foot support. Arrived on time and in perfect, new condition.

Actual shoe size matches what's listed, and these are decent shoes. The insole is improperly cut in one of the two shoes, so it keeps slipping back, and riding up the back of my achiles as I wear it. Normally do not have this issue with New Balance.

These are great shoes at a great price. They are very comfortable and last a long time. Nike and other expensive brands fall apart long before these do.

The shoes are fine, but I can no longer find narrow widths like I used to. I look through a half dozen or more sellers and nothing narrower than "D". Used to be able to find "B" widths. They have only been worn <2 weeks and already both sides of the lace up areas (whatever they are called) are almost touching each other. PLEASE make narrower widths available.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I'm not sure how well the memory foam will work over time, so we'll see. Also, I'm not sure how the support would be for runners. I use this for every day walking around.

These do both. He LOVES them and said they are EXTREMELY comfortable.

Not sure why the black leather doesn't separate like the brown suede does. But the other issue to be considered is how the foot bed crushes down a bit more quickly than I would prefer. Still, the only options I've found that fit and support my big square feet.

Attractive but tight on toes and laces are too long and too thin. Soles look like they MAY not separate like more recent NB shoes all have.

Shoe fits fine but there is an empty space on each heel that actually forms a seal on the ground as you walk. Enough of a seal that, depending on the floor, just walking makes an audible popping sound like a suction cup. Two days of walking around on these and I'm losing my mind. Great shoes for a clown to wear at the circus, I guess.

I always want to purchase made in the USA when and ware I can. Made in USA is American Jobs.

If I'm being honest, the quality of the shoe itself is probably closer to a 4 star rating. However, the nostalgia factor boosts it up to a 5 star rating for me. I used to wear these shoes back in the 80s and I loved them! I decided to pick up a pair to see if they would fit and rock them as a throwback. The reason I wasn't sure if they would fit is that my typical shoe size definitely includes a 3E width and these only come in D(Medium). However, I'm happy to say that because of the way they are designed, once I loosened the laces, there was enough room for my foot to be comfortable in these. They are a bit snug when I put on athletic no-show socks. So for now I'm wearing them without socks but I'm going to look for a thinner style of sock going forward.

They really do look nice and my wife and daughter gave me a thumbs up on them :-)

All I need now are some parachute pants or two-tone jeans to go with them. LOL

These shoes are pretty comfortable. Everyone and their mother has a pair of these, so I decided it was time for me to get myself a pair. For reference, I am a 7.5 in women's. I ordered a 6 initially because that's the size I usually get when ordering in kids or mens sizes. However, these run soooo big! I returned the 6 and went down to a 5.5 which was also, still too big. However, by that time, it was too late to return the 5.5's so I'm sticking with them. However, if given the chance again, I would go a full size down from whatever size you usually wear in kids/mens. One thing I don't really love about the shoes it that they crease pretty easily around the toe part, but that may be due to how tight the laces are tied. All in all, I give this a 4/5. I'd probably buy again.

I ruined two pairs of boots during my semester in Europe last year, and have been searching for a good quality pair for a while now. Bearpaw boots are awesome, the price was fantastic, and how can anyone go wrong with free shipping? The fit is perfect, it even fits my arch support inserts, and I can wear them with leg warmers and still have a little room. I recommend these to anyone who is looking for a good quality, sturdy, cute winter boot! I also bought them in black and pom berry. Love!!

I received the boots in a very bad beat up box with holes all it (which made me feel like they weren't brand new, maybe someone wore them once?) And the shoes look kinda like space boots, they look bigger than any other bearpaws I've seen in the stores. Also soon as I tried them on they were pretty tight. ( I wear a size 7 1/2 and ordered a size 8, all my Uggs and Emus are a size 8 and there not tight, I have plenty of room in those shoes) and when I tried them on and walked in them they started getting wrinkles in the toe area already. Thank goodness I only paid under $50 for them.

These are Real UGG’s! I bought the Grey. They fit me perfectly and are true to normal size. I love them! So happy I bought these. I own another pair of Tall Ugg’s and I wore them all the time in the fall and winter. Anyone who has UGG’s know’s that they are not sturdy snow boot or like leather boots and so you should expect them to get somewhat spiked if you wear them outside allot. Cleaning them is important. I’ve had my tall Ugg’s for years and they are still in good shape and comfortable. 👍

For a snow boot they do the job they keep you warm and are waterproof so i loved that however i was very disappointed that they shoe paint came off on my 2nd day of wearing them. For the brand and the price, that is unacceptable. I highly recommend you buy different shoes if your purpose is to wear them in the snow. When i received them they already had a few scratches on them-- with paint removed but i let it go since my trip was coming up but by day 2 they looked like boots I have owned for years. Bought them for a trip to NY-- again great to keep you warm, just horrible quality. very disappointed.

I ordered these for my mom due to her needing warm and comfortable boots for the winter. These are now by far her favorite boots. They're warm, comfortable, and waterproof to keep snow and water out during winter/spring. She got a size 7.5 and they fit perfectly. I received these as a gift this year, and they are fantastic. I have them in my normal shoe size and they do seem to fit true to size. I don't plan to wear them with thick socks, since the shearling lining is cozy on it's own, but I did notice that they would probably be a little small if I wear anything thicker than an average athletic sock. If your feet tend to get cold and you want to wear thick socks with this boot, you might want to size up. I plan to keep these by the door for taking the dog out, so I love the versatility that I can slip them on and go, with or without socks. The shearling lining around the foot and ankle is not as plush as in standard Uggs, like the Classic... probably because these are more likely to be work with socks and maybe to help with the breathability of the boot. Regardless, it is still comfortable barefoot right out of the box. The footbed is just like all the other Ugg boots I've had, very plush and supportive. I really like that they are waterproof, so I can finally have the comfort of my Ugg boots in the snow or rain. My workplace dress code trends toward the more casual side of business casual, and I think I could wear these (mine are black) to work on messy weather days with pants over top and have them look okay, which is another thing I am always looking for in a winter boot. These are great, versatile winter boots that are going to be my go-to boot from now on.

I ordered a size 8 but received a size 9. I average a size 8.5 so I ordered the 8 thinking they would stretch a little over time. When I received the wrong size (9) I thought maybe I could just live with it and wear thick socks but I've decided to return them. Hopefully I will get the correct size if I decide to re-order them.

The boots seem well maid and are very comfortable. I appreciate the genuine wool lining but definitely want a snug fit. I'd say they are true to size. If you are in between sizes like me, you should be fine ordering a 1/2 size down. I'm pretty sure they will stretch over time and the lining will get matted down.

I had owned a pr.of "EMU" BOOTS.I didn't mind the expense, you get what you $~pay~$ for, correct? I decided to purchase a pr. of EMMA "BEARPAWS" in HICKORY this time around.I'm amazed in the quality, fit, & price.I absolutely LOVE em' ! I must say these boots are a g-r-e-a-t find.No difference in the comparison of the two, with the excecption of the price. The warmth, comfortability, quality, affordability is all there ! I found them at a warehouse store.I'm so glad I did. They're made with care.I read the other few reviews, and I agree you can get a "mistake",once in a while. But I couldn't DISAGREE more with the other few reviewers. My pair are made perfect. They're durable, not made with faux fur lining like cheap knock-offs are.But I must add:buy the water/stain repellant immediately.Suede can dirty fast & stain. I would make that investment along w/ these boots...5 ~ (S*T*A*R*S*) from me.

I bought these Sorels instead of the Joan of Ark ones or their other models because I knew I would need a winter boot that could transition from the outside winter to indoor classrooms. I wanted a more casual winter boot, that was also waterproof. That is hard to find! But then I found these boots. These boots are very warm and comfortable. I wear them walking the dog for a long time and these boots keep my feet warm and comfortable. However, I will say that they are a half-size too big. I thought I had wide enough feet that buying my true size, 7, would be okay but I find my feet slipping in them sometimes. I am wearing them with mid-weight Smart Wool socks and I am still slipping around a little. I would recommend buying a half size down. I did not exchange them because they are so comfy I did not want to let go. So far I have worn them in light snow and rain and the waterproof qualities of the boot are holding up.

Wife loves the boot. They appear to be well made and the color is great however they appear to run small as compared to others like Ugg. She is a 9 in all other boots and shoes including others of this style however the 9 in this particular brand was too tight. I believe they have 1/2 sizes so we will try again with a 9.5 and go from there.

One of the best booties out there. They are cost effective & I love the fitted size around the ankles. Other makers make the ankles wide and since my daughter has thin legs this size works well. These Bearpaw boots are perfect & comfortable - love them.

I wear 8.5 but ordered a 9. It is a little roomy but I think 8 would have been to small. The material is quality and the bottoms soles look durable! I really like them and with the price of UGG's. These are the next best thing at 49.99!

These boots serve exactly the purpose I wanted them to serve - keeping my feet warm on the soccer fields in the winter months. I can't walk around in them too long without getting shin splints, which is why I give them 3 stars. But they stayed warm and dry (I did put protective spray on them) in the rain, and they still look great.

My advice would be to be a little cautious of this seller. I'm the type who checks and double checks before purchasing anything, anywhere, so I was definitely a little bothered by the fact that I was sent the wrong size on these boots today by this seller (TMall). Being that they were bought intended to be a gift, I'm a little stressed that I may not be able to gift the correct item that I ordered in the first place by Christmas.

I purchased these boots in a size 8 for my sister, but received a size 9. Looking at the packing slip, it also states 9. So I check the order confirmation, and can verify that it says size 8-for what I ordered.

Sadly, I will not be able to make the 9's work. In fact, 8's are being a little roomy for my sister, so for what it's worth, I can't just bite my lip on this one. The fact is, I had seen this item locally (DSW I believe) and there were no 8's available. 9's were bountiful, hence why I'm more peeved that I received that size in the mail after $10 in shipping. For those out there looking for a 9, you would be in luck on these, there seems to be an abundance of them everywhere!

As for the boots themselves, they're wonderful. Had I been sent the correct item, my review would be at a 5. They look exactly as pictured, if not better in person. Bearpaw boots are excellent quality. The inner portion is very soft and will definitely take a little breaking in for the wearer, in the best way possible. They're also thick. Without wearing them myself, I can tell that my old pairs from American Eagle just won't cut it from the wet slush anymore... These seem quite durable and I highly doubt wet slush would seep through easily.

One thing I would suggest for anyone living in the colder states (also suggested by the local retailer) is to get some sort of protectant spray for them. I've ruined plenty of winter boots by trekking through road salt, which I'm sure would make any boots look old and worn quickly...

With any luck, this retailer will respond to my request (I contacted TMall through seller contact) and correct their error as quickly as possible. If this is done, I'd be more than happy to review this order at 5 stars, but sadly I'm a little peeved at their mistake.

I bought these boots for my daughter. She was very impressed with the quality and comfort. Lots of reviews state that they run small, in our case we thought they fit true to size. Keep in mind they tend to stretch with wear. Ordering a size up might be an issue after they have been broken in. They arrived on time with no shipping hiccups.

Great product. Warm and cozy. My 14 year old daughter wears them every day. Great alternative to Uggs. My daughter wears a 8.5 in most shoes but we went with a 9 and it was perfect. I did use leather protector on them because we have a lot of snow but they seem to be holding up really well so far.

I bought these shoes to replace some tennis shoes that have to be AT LEAST 10 years old...maybe older. These are really good looking shoes! I wear a 10M and maybe...maybe...could have gotten by with a 10 1/2 (too bad there's no such thing as a 10 1/4). I think they're OK on the big toe...I don't think it's touching the end. The width is really good and my foot feels supported. I don't run/jog, so these will mainly be used for walking and casual wear with jeans and shorts, so I think they'll be OK.

I'm writing this review only hours after I got these boots, and I am SO excited to try them out outside in the cold weather! I'm in Madison, Wisconsin, and this week is going to stay in the 30's and even dip into the 20's (Fahrenheit!). I will update this review accordingly, and come back in a couple months to write details on durability when it comes to some real winter weather (hello blizzards and -20 degrees!!).

The first thing I noticed out of the box is that they don't have any weird smells, which is great. The outside smell faintly of leather, because that's what they're made of. I looked up the company, and Bearpaw's boots are outside = leather, inside = sheepskin. So if you're thinking about using these in snow like me, we need to waterproof these babies! Luckily I have a spray already to use on them.

The inside of these boots is SO SOFT. If I wore these barefoot (which you can, apparently, but for me - ew! I get sweaty feet), my feet would be in heaven. I tried wearing them with bare legs to see how soft it felt (because against your hands it doesn't feel that soft, it's got kind of a soft, but wooly feel to it) and against my legs it felt so fluffy and silky, so airy!! And warm!! None of the color (I ordered Chocolate) has transferred to my socks/pants. Awesome!

Also, from ALL the pictures I browsed through on the internet, none of them had any good views of the inner lining. I really wanted to judge how thick it was before I ordered, but since I couldn't find any good pictures, I just trusted the reviews saying that they're warm enough for really, really cold winters. And the lining is decently thick - I'd say it's about an inch thick, although over time it might get compressed a little with constant wear. The soles are a different color wool than the rest (it's white instead of chocolate), but still soft and fluffy. It feels like I'm walking on down pillows, mmmm! I put up several pictures of my boots if anyone is interested - of all angles, including the lining! Here is a link to my video of the boot:
        [...]

Some of the reviews said that after a month or two the lining starts wearing off and comes off on your clothes... The lining looks pretty well made, so I don't know if that will happen, but I will update this review if it does start coming off. Hopefully not... I am really loving these!

The bottom of the boots is made of really nice, sturdy but flexible rubber and I can see this really holding up for Wisconsin winters! So excited!! It's as thick as my other winter boots, so that's great news.

        SIZE:
I read so many reviews about what size to order, and it just got confusing. There were pretty much equal amounts of reviews telling you to order down a size, or order up a size. So I went to the Bearpaw website and they suggested ordering up a size...

I usually wear a 9.5 exact (no size 9, no size 10), so I decided to order a size 10. It makes sense, because there's a layer of fluff that you have to consider when you think about how much space there is for your feet. The size 10 fits me really well. When I first put them on, they seemed a tad bit small, but after walking around in them for a few hours, they're already form-fitting to my feet.

Basically: when you order, think about what your size would be when considering an extra inch of lining around your feet, and also remember that you don't want to order too large, because they do form around your feet after some use (that lining will be squished by your walking!). If you're a half size, order the next whole size like I did. I can't speak for people who have whole sizes because I didn't have that situation, but hopefully a size up won't be too big!

On an interesting side note, I think I remember that the Bearpaw website says you can wear these in any kind of weather - and I think that's just weird? How could you wear these on a hot summer day?? These are real winter boots and your feet would hate you for that, hah!

        **** UPDATE ************************ UPDATE ************************* UPDATE ******************************************
        January 2, 2014

So good news everyone! Turns out that the fur lining does NOT rub off on your clothes/socks. I think it kind of did like the second or third day I wore it (probably because it was getting broken in), but it wasn't even that much, and after that it has NEVER happened again. The color never has rubbed off on anything, even in the beginning.

So at this point I would DEFINITELY recommend that you DO NOT buy a size up if you can get your exact size. Only order a little up if you have a half size, just because they don't sell half sizes. After breaking them in they really form fit to your feet, so don't freak out if they feel a little tight when you first get them (it's just that the lining hasn't been squished by your feet yet - think of it like getting super fluffy slippers that mold to your feet).

The boot itself is holding up phenomenal, it's so worth the money! The rubber sole looks barely touched or scuffed or worn down at all and I've been wearing them daily since I got these (so mid-November til beginning of January at this point). I used them to walk to class every day (a mile or two) and I have been running and tramping through half a foot of snow with them. Waterproofing them helps them keep dry and also miraculously keeps all traces of salt stains off - they literally look like I just got them like last week, it's amazing.

As for the stitching on the sides - before I bought them I read some reviews saying that the thread has come apart on the stitching on the outside. So far for me, the stitching has been doing really great - I think there were a couple tiny fly aways at first but it's inconsequential to the strength of the stitches (holding up real well) and no more are occurring over time.

So finally the weather has been getting really cold here (this week we are getting -45 degrees Fahrenheit with the windchill factor and several inches of snow), and I never leave the house without these boots! Actually if I wear them inside the house my feet get too warm. These keep me warm no matter what I'm doing (hiking, walking on frozen lakes, walking through snow and wind). Because of these boots, I actually don't care about the weather outside anymore! I never worry about my toes getting cold, which was a HUGE problem with some of my other boots I've had over the years, because even though the boots were thick and sturdy on the outside (hard rubber or leather), they just didn't keep my toes warm. These are life savers for a Wisconsin girl in Winter!! I don't care about people who say they would never buy them because they look like uggs - I bought these for warmth and boy do they deliver. I have always gone for comfort when it comes to apparel and this is going to be a staple of mine if they don't discontinue these for the next few decades.

I bought these a few months ago, never dreaming I would wind up touring Russia in winter. In Siberia, it got as cold as -28F. These boots SAVED MY LIFE!! My feet often get cold, but they stayed toasty warm and dry in these, even when I walked through a patch of snow that reached my calves. And they still look GREAT, too!! Extremely well-crafted. These boots are one of the best purchases I have EVER made. They blow their competition out of the water. Recommend 100%.

I'm not sure what to think of these boots.... I thought it was a bit strange that they arrived in a plain box with no label and no packaging material. After examining the boots I noticed you could see some of the glue near the sole. I paid nearly $70 for the boots and was starting to feel cheated. Then I looked at the label on the heel and noticed it was off center. Since the boots ran too small I decided to return them and purchase a bigger pair. Low and behold the new pair (from a different seller) arrive in a BEARPAW box with BEARPAW packaging inside. After further examination I see the new boots are slightly shorter than the original. I also notice that the new pair has perfectly straight labels and no glue hanging off the bottom. I'll let you be the judge but I feel like these were FAKES...... See pictures below.

Bought these for my wife as an x-mas gift. fit was a bit tight in the shaft but stretched out after a few days. After 16 days they tore along the seam on the top of the boot...we put a white piece of paper in them to show the size of the tear they were worn very little not enough to tear so easy. the quality seemed well enough they seemed sturdy up to that point, also I might point out that it was an odd place for them to tear considering you pull them on it seems as though they would have ripped from the back. Amazon was wonderful as always made the return easy and issued a refund as soon as they received the item.

These boots lasted less than 3 months for me. I have bought this same pair before and they lasted at a minimum the entire fall/winter. But they have slits for grip on the soles and from standard use, the slits have split all the way into the cushion on the bottom of the boots. There is probably a better tread pattern than this one.

Update: I submitted a warranty request through Bearpaw on January 10th, they approved the request on 1/16 and now it is 1/25 and I still have no tracking number like it has shipped yet. It may have shipped and I just don't have it yet. But 2 weeks in Ohio winter with no wearable boots is annoying. I don't buy lots of extra shoes, I just buy what I need so I didn't have a backup expect heavy snow boots. I feel like I should have just bought another pair and wrote these off instead of getting the warranty request.

Performed well hiking in Socal's desert mountains. Haven't used them in rain yet but I don't expect them to be rain proof although I'm ordering some water resist spray for them nevertheless. Ran on pavement once with them to try and they actually feel pretty good. For the price they are hard to beat. I've been really loving my UA road running shoes lately though and might look into their trail running brands next but not because of any negatives on this brand. UA has simpler designs that I like. These are a bit out there.

Sadly this is not our first, second, or third pair of bear Bearpaw boots. I believe this pair which I received was stuck in storage for so long with hot conditions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got these boots yesterday. For the longest time I could not figure out what the big deal was about this type of boot. Before purchasing these I went into the UGG store and tried on a pair of their boots. With UGG and bear paw I really don't know the difference. You're basically paying for one brand over the other. If you are looking for practicality and comfort more than a label, this is the best bang for your buck! I like bear paw because they make half size shoes (I'm 9.5). I love these so much I bought one pair in gray and one in caramel color and both pairs combined are still way cheaper than one pair of UGGS. My first time wearing the gray ones, I wore them for 12 hours straight. They fit perfectly and true to size. I didn't have any discomfort or complaints and my feet were toasty warm all day in very cold weather. I am completely happy with my purchase!

Living in Upper Michigan, I definitely know a great pair of snow boots when I wear them, and THESE are truly GREAT! I'm actually from Florida and moved up here two years ago. In that two years, I have owned about 6 pairs of boots, TRYING to find a pair that would actually keep my toes warm! I've tried some of the best names in winter boots and NONE of them have done the job. None, that is, until these! My toes are actually toasty warm, even when I'm out in sub-zero temps for HOURS at a time! I absolutely LOVE these boots! They fit EXACTLY as I expected. Having said that, I ordered a size and a half SMALLER than I normally wear in other shoes, simply based on reviews and comments here on Amazon. They actually fit well enough that I can wear these with one OR TWO pairs of thick winter socks, although I don't anticipate ever NEEDING to wear with two pairs of socks.
Most boots that claim to keep your feet warm in temps down to -40 degrees F are LYING. The comfort rating on these boots is probably accurate. I've actually worn them in temps down to -35 (with the wind chill) and my feet have NEVER been cold, not even my toes! As I said earlier, it's my toes that usually get cold in all of my other (more expensive) snow boots. If these last even ONE of our brutal winters, I will be THRILLED with them. I will say that I bought a bottle of suede/nubuck protectant to make them "water proof" and it has also done it's job. I've already worn these boots in a couple FEET of snow and NEVER had wet feet or lower legs.
At the time that I bought these boots, I believe I paid like $33 for them. I've owned other boots that cost well OVER $100 and NEVER been satisfied with them. This is, by FAR, the best $33 I have EVER spent. On ANYTHING.
Do your feet (and TOES) a favor and BUY these boots! You can't possibly go wrong with these, especially if you live anywhere in the Northern Tier.

PS- I have not been compensated in ANY way for my HONEST review of these snow boots. If Amazon feels the need to compensate me, it will be GREATLY appreciated, though. ;)

I just received my Chocolate Bearpaws. After reading some reviews, I was a little nervous about the size. I take a size 8 but in some cuts of shoe or boot I can take an 8.5. I ordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly! My feet were in heaven as soon as I put them on. I truly cannot tell the difference between these and the Uggs. Someone commented that there was no sheepskin fur on the insole where your foot rests. There sure is and it feels great. If I had gone a size up, which for me would have been a 9, it definitely would have been way too big. These fit the same as the Uggs, at least for me. Color was true to pic. I can't see spending a whole lot of extra money when these are just as good. Also, someone said that the other brands are made in Australia and Bearpaws is made in China. You better take a look again. They are ALL made in China. None of them are made in Australia! Some said that the outer skin of the others is sheepskin while Bearpaw if Cow leather. Well, yes, Bearpaw exterior is "Suede", not sheepskin. But "Suede" is more durable, in my opinion. Both are delicate materials. However, again read labels carefully on other known brands. They all say "Leather upper"....."sheepskin lining". None of them say "sheepskin upper" so I don't know. I have a feeling they are all the same. Bearpaw does make a fake suede and fake fur at a much lesser price. These (Emma short) is the real deal. I can't wait to sink my feet in these when the weather gets colder. My friend's "Bearpaws" held up better for her than her more expensive brand. For the money, this can't be beat. And remember, for all suede and sheepskin, you need to waterproof and stainproof them before using them in rain and snow. None of these brands claim to be waterproof or stainproof. They are suede in nature, after all. So you need to be careful. I will update again once I've gotten through the winter with them to let you all know how they held up. I will not be wearing them every day at the exclusion of all other shoes and boots so I plan to enjoy these for many years to come! Stitching and seaming seem to be the same as other brands as well. Can't go wrong for the money! Came quickly. Packaging was great. Got mine directly through Amazon, not third party merchant. Sometimes that can make a difference. When dealing directly with Amazon, I have never had a problem.

Box was damaged and boots looked like they've been sliding back and forth a lot, left scuffs on the bottom rim. I wear size 6.5-7 and got 6 this time. They are snug, but I'm sure they'll become looser with wear. Bought size 7 a year ago and after some wear they felt too loose. Quality seems good, but there isn't much overlap where the buttons are, it might let in cold air.

When I received the boots today, I noticed that the box was pretty banged up. I figured maybe during the sorting process that something happened. But when I opened the box, there were many noticeable areas where the boots were actually worn from use. With all of the positive reviews, I was not expecting to receive used boots!

I love these boots. I read several reviews that said these run big, but that wasn't the case for me. I usually wear a 7.5. I bought a 7 in these boots. They were a little tight when I first put them on (I even thought about exchanging them for an 8). After I wore them a little they seemed to stretch just a little bit and they fit fine now. They are super cute and warm. I like how these are a little taller than most ugg-style boots.

I got them in hickory cheetah colored and I really like the lil something extra it adds to my outfits. Growing up I never liked this style of boots but now that I've gotten my sec pair I actually like them. Their a must for those cold winter nights and days. The Abigail have a lil less fur than the regular bear paws and they are a lil harder to get on especially if you have wide feet/ ankle's ( I have neither). Will be purchasing more in different color and styles because their great quality for the price u pay.

I like these boots except next time I will order them without buttons on the side. They are easy to put on but the bottom button on the left boot had a large knot in the elastic that holds it on that wore a hole in my ankle skin the first time I wore them. I really wanted to post a good review. Sorry Bearpaws. I had tried a 9 on at a local store and they were great. Got such a great price on Amazon that I took off the button and resewed it on with strong thread. Waited for ankle wound to heal and now I'm wearing them in the snow. They are warm and comfy. I normally wear a 9. They are cute. A taller boot would have been handy this year with as much snow as we've all ready received.

I would love to give these 5 stars. They are cute, versatile boots, look very warm, arrived quickly. But they are just too small for me. If you have a wide foot like me, beware. I have a wide left foot (ok, cankle) from edema. Couldn’t even get the left one on. I’ve had other brands that come in wide width that fit great. These don’t come in wide width. I saw they ran a bit big in some reviews & took a chance. My bad. Just putting this rating out there for anyone like me who might be considering these. Everyone else, you will love them! I really was looking forward to them & really wished they fit! :( Even considered keeping them, just in case, but had to return). Hope they fit all who buy! :)

I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8. They fit perfectly. They are very warm and cozy whether I wear them with socks or not. I got my pair at a steal for only $17.00 but when I went back to order another pair (I wanted one for in the house as slippers and one for out and about) they had gone back up in price. They are definitely worth the higher price though.

I have had these for about a month now and they are still going strong even though I often end up doing my farm chores in them.... When I spill water on them it does not go through to my feet (I would probably still put the water proof spray on if you intend to wear them in wet environments for a long period of time though.)

My puppy chewed two toggles off (UGH!) - but I went to the bearpaw website and it turns out you can order replacements with no shipping charge. SO I really have nothing but good things to say about these boots. I have bought my daughter several pairs and they always hold up well. I am so glad that I finally decided to get a pair for myself!

Just got my blue Bearpaw in, came in earlier than expected, packaged well. Brand new in the box great quality. The buttons are not just for looks they do function so that you can fold your boots down. I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8 they are snug, but it's recommended that you order your normal size as they do stretch a bit. I have been walking around the house in them for a few hours and they are starting to get a bit looser. Definitely a good investment as I won't need to buy more boots for a few winters.

I've purchased 3 pairs of Bearpaw's of Emma 12" in the last 3 years or so and so far, the latest 2 pairs are the best due to the redesign of the sole. The lst pair I purchased, the sole cracked immediately after wearing them, parts of it actually fell off so, they became unwearable and I spent aprox. $40 but had to throw them away.

The redesign hasn't caused any sole cracking or loosening from the suede boot. There is a slight issue tho. I stepped in my cat's throw up (gross I know) and it got into the deep tiny grooves of the design in the sole. I had to use toothpicks to dig it out because using water & a scrub brush could not reach inside those tiny grooves. It took forever to clean each tiny groove and the toothpicks would break in the process. This was so frustrating!

The sole design is cute but not practical due to the fact that you're going to step in something eventually and if you want to keep the soles clean and not track goop around, you'll need to reach the goop in those teeny grooves. Uggs don't have grooves on their soles (or my pair doesn't) and they're much easier to keep clean. Bearpaw should design the soles so that they can be cleaned easily and so no yucky goop collects inside those teeny tiny grooves.

Edit: Last winter (2017) the soles split on these as well. Even with the new soles, it didn't keep them from splitting. I never wear them outside so, these must be fragile just like the former soles.

I have a pair of Uggs from 10 yrs ago and the soles are just as intact as the day I purchased them. I know they're very expensive but I've purchased now so many pairs of Bearpaw....I could have just bought a 2nd pair of Uggs! Sometimes, quality IS expensive and there's no getting around it ...darn it, it's just the truth.

The first time I ordered these I had to send them back and get a size up because they were WAY TOO SMALL. Like my foot was squished and my calf was suffocated. I'm normally a size ten so I ended up getting these in a size 11 and they were way better. The calf was still a little tight though so if you don't have super skinny calves either then you may even want to go two sizes up. The packaging I received the boots in was terrible- like went through a shredder and survived terrible. I have a feeling it may have been because it wasn't through prime shipping when I got these? I don't know. I think in the description it tells you that these shoes will stretch- they don't - what you feel is what you get, so make sure they feel good. My boots are still in really good quality and I have worn them periodically over the last few months and they've held up really well. They are super cute too so I'm overall happy that I got them.

Cozy boots for Alaska winters and great price compared to similar products. I have like 5 pairs of bear paw boots and these are my least favorite though. The And? They're not treated with waterproof stuff. Boo. Also, the soles have NO traction whatsoever... what the heck is that all about? Also, since they don't come in half sizes, I had to get them a whole size bigger to allow for fluffy socks. But this causes the support inside the shaft of the boot to dig into the back of my heel. The Good? I have bunions and the toe box is generous and doesn't squash my tootsies. Gray is a fairly unusual boot color to begin with, but these are awesome cause they are exactly the right color to match pretty much and shade of gray. I love that the lining is also gray. Overall recommended.

BEARPAW is a quality boot and a cost effective alternative to UGG (for my 8 year old daughter).
We have been buying them for a few years now, 1~2 pairs per season.
We loved the color of these boots but unfortunately they are too small and not the size 5 that we ordered.
In the photo I placed them heel to heel with a locally bought size 5 BEARPAW boot.

These are very warm, rugged, comfortable, nice-looking ugg-type shearling boots. However, they run very small in length with very little room for toes, while at the same time they are also too wide. I normally wear a women's size 11, but I purchased size 12 since so many of the reviews say to go up a size, and I'm glad I did. These 12s are still a little on the short side & crowding my toes, while simultaneously slipping/too wide in the heel. Makes me think these are assembled on a Men's last, not Women's. Also, the shaft is not sheepskin but cowhide, with an extra layer of sheepskin/fleece on the inside, which makes them stand up & look really fat. Ok if you have thinner legs like I do, I guess, but on someone who has larger calves these boots simply would not work. I'm keeping this pair because the price was great, but next time I'll get Uggs.

I'm a recent convert to this style of shoe, but I work in a really casual office that's FREEZING and needed something comfortable and warm - these are so perfect, they're my new favorite winter boot. Suede is great quality, as is the Sherpa lining.

Sizing Note: I've read many reviews that stated they got the shoe way too big, and others recommending that you go to Bearpaw's website to figure out the correct size - both of those points are incorrect. Bearpaw recommends sizing 1-2 sizes UP because of the thick lining of the shoe - I believe that's why people are mistakenly ordering the wrong size.

I went with another reviewer who suggested to order a size down because the lining will pack in around your foot and you'll end up with more room - so thankful for that suggestion - I'm a 6.5, ordered a 6 - the first few days of wear, yes the shoes were tight - but sure enough the lining has packed inside and they now fit perfectly - there's actually enough room for me to put an insert in these so I have more arch support.

Got these boots last week for my son, ordered half size bigger, fit perfect! he wore these boots at the mountains to go hunting with his dad, and it was very-very cold up there for thanksgiving, he said his feet were warm at all times, and even went through puddles of water and his feet stayed dry, you can adjust the elastic cord on the top to prevent snow or anything go inside the boot, can't wait to see how these do in the snow! I love these boots and will definitely buy them again when he outgrows them. Also keep in mind, Amazon has the cheapest price on this style and color, I checked all sites including the sister site 6pm and as always, amazon didn't disappoint. the delivery was super fast, 2 days from the moment I placed the order.

I gotta say, I've never been this disappointed with Asics shoes in my life. This is my favorite brand and I've probably purchased Asics half a dozen times, but I will never buy this model again. The shoes are extremely uncomfortable. They irritate my feet when I exercise and leave my feet on the verge of blisters. It's so bad that I can't wear them the next day. I'm not sure if maybe they run too big, but that really surprises me because my shoe size doesn't fluctuate and I have always purchased a size 10, sometimes even 10 1/2. Also, if your feet overpronate I do not recommend these at all as the support on these shoes make my overpronation worse.

        3-month update:
The shoes are now even worse! If there were was an option to choose 0 stars, I would lower my initial 1-star review. It's only been 3 months and the shoes are actually falling apart. I've had Asics shoes that I've worn for hours, 6 days a week, when I used to do marching band that have held up for literally years, but 3 months in and the soles are detaching. I only wear them twice a week for about 2 hours each day when I go to the gym. I'm beginning to think these are not real Asics and maybe I got a knock-off sent to me. Money down the drain :(

I really like these boots for my kids. 7 year old son has red and 9 year old daughter has pink. They hold up really well. Her feet are actually sweaty hot when she comes in from hours in the snow. His are slightly chilled but I think that is just him - they are honestly the first boot he's had that he hasn't complained about his feet being cold - including a pair of UGGS snow boots I had found him last year. They hold up really well. I've gotten two seasons out of my daughter's and they look brand new. I don't know if you can wear them all day comfortably because my guys don't make it much past 2-3 hours in the snow. I don't know about the arch support, they just don't complain about these ever which is a big step!

These boots are great but be aware that the wide boots have different liners than the regular boots. The regular Kamik Rocket boot has a thicker liner that gives the boot a -40 rating. These boot have a thinner liner with a -20 rating. It appears that what Kamik did was use the same outer boot with a thinner liner to make more room for a wider foot.

I bought these boots for my twins. After reading a bunch of the reviews, I did size up one size and they fit perfectly. I agree with the other reviewers that they do run small and due to the lining, if you've got a kid with wide feet or a little one with pudgey feet, they will be diffficult to get on particularly if they are wearing a heavier sock. I will mention that, if you get them and are having a hard time getting them on, try a lighter sock. Ours slide right on and with the insulated lining you don't really need a heavy sock and they will keep their feet warm. Our 3 year olds wore them at an ICE exhibit where the venue was kept at 9 degrees F. They were in there sliding on the ice slides and looking at all the Holiday sculptures for nearly and hour and their feet were toasty warm.

I would highly recommend with the above caveats in mind. I will buy this brand again when they outgrow these boots!

My daughter has worn Kamik boots for the past two winters (the Snowbug style), so when I saw this boot on sale in August I jumped on it. I compared the size to her current shoes, concluded it would be the right size to grow into over the winter, and put it away without showing her so that she wouldn't want to wear it for the rest of the summer.

I was patting myself on the back for being so prepared for winter, but when I pulled the boot out of the closet in December, we discovered that the liner is stitched in such a weird and narrow way, with a sharp right angle, that there's no way for her to jam her foot in. She doesn't have a fat or wide foot; she's medium width in all her other footwear. The footbed is the right size, but that hardly matters. She could wear them without the liner, but then they'll be way too big and sloppy and have no insulation. I'm so disappointed.

I see now that there are other reviews with the same complaint. I wonder if they are specific to certain sizes, because I don't see how these boots could work for any kid. FWIW, I am reviewing a toddler size 9.

Great concept but I'm soooo disappointed in the sizing of these. My son wears a size 7 right now so I got these in a size 8 hoping he will have a little room but the warm insert in these was at best a size 5!!! I ultimately took the warm insert out (which defeats the whole purpose of buying these shoes) and we now just use these for waterproof quality with three pairs of socks for warmth. Without the insert there is plenty of room and they seem to be a true 8. So I would say the flaw is in the design... If I was to get the size that would fit my son's foot with an insert, his feet would look gigantic... given he is 3.5 years old he would probably end up falling all the time.

I read all the reviews and people saying to go up a size because the toe box ran small. I have wide feet, so I upped from my regular size of 6.5 to a 7. I wish I hadn't. Although the shoes still "fit" they feel EXTRA roomy in the toe box, and I would have preferred that I had my true size.

Other than the sizing thing, they are a great looking shoe and comfortable. I love the grey and mint color scheme.

When I received these and tried them on, I was going to return them because they felt too tight. But then I tried them again, and after the "fur" lining settled down a little, they were absolutely perfect. I have to mention that for most of my life, I've worn size 9 shoes, but in the past few years I've bought size 10, because my feet have apparently expanded. So I bought these in a size 10. They are easy to put on and take off, and I often wear them all day. I'm not sure if they have an actual arch support, but the thick lining makes my feet comfortable anyway. The price was excellent, too.

They seem to be pretty well waterproof, but if I walk through a mud puddle, the dirt sticks to them and I have to brush it off when it dries - it doesn't slide off like it would on a really waterproof boot. But I haven't put any waterproofing spray on them either (another money saver).

They're a great investment, and I highly recommend them.

Really like this boot. It is very warm and comfortable to wear-no break in needed. I originally purchased this for the cheap cost and because my feet have swelled up with pregnancy. These boots open up easily with their elastic button closure and make swelling a non-issue. I do love that the bottoms have great grip-a must when you’re especially wary of falling. The boots did come with a bit of a smell, but a few days of airing out solved that. Overall good purchase, especially for the price.

This is my second pair of FatBaby boots because I LOVE FatBaby boots. Not only are they comfortable but they are stylish. Now I'm no cowgirl so I didn't buy them to wear mucking stalls or to look good while riding my horse. I simply bought them because I needed a black pair and they look great with both my Blue Jeans and my Skinny Jeans. Because I have a narrow foot with a high arch and my feet tend to start aching mid way through the day, no matter what type of shoe I wear, I put insoles in all of my shoes. However, when I put my insoles in these boots the top of my foot rubbed on the top of the boot making it very uncomfortable. However, without the insoles the boots are too roomy, my feet flop around and I have no arch support. But I figured out that if I wear two pairs of socks there is not as much flop room and I can comfortably wear and walk in the boots most of the day. This can be a little inconvenient in the summer months but I've heard somewhere that sometimes you have to suffer for beauty, and I personally feel the sweaty feet are worth how good I look in the boots, call me shallow if you will, I don't care. My favorite thing about these boots are how great they look on me. I can't wait until I get my next pair.

Waited nearly 3 years to but Ariat boots - these particular boots are PERFECT! Tons of toe room - rounded toe is plenty wide enough for wiggle room. Stitching is gorgeous! Where stitching of leather meets the ankle I had serious rubbing issues. When viewed from the front, the sides of the boot tapered in at the ankles. I stuffed paper inside the boot at that exact spot to get rid of the convex way the boot was originally, and after 2 days the sides of the boot were reshaped to be perfectly straight at that seam - no more rubbing. I purchased sole inserts at the same time I purchased the boots, but the boots are so comfy I didn't need them! I live in south Florida and was warned that boots would be sweltering. These are perfect because they breathe and they are short. Buy these boots and you will be seriously happy!

I have now bought two pairs of these boots.

        They are okay.

They are not overly comfortable, but they get the job done and are not terrible.

My first pair lasted...period. Only got a new one when I did because my employer pays $75 towards a new pair every year so...why wouldn't I?

I am a truck driver who both drives and spends quite a bit of time unloading and the toes in these boots certainly have saved me quite a bit of pain and actually become useful for kicking things like pallets around, saving my back a bit.

Point: These are well made, durable, sturdy boots. A good buy for less than $100. The only two things I do not like about them that make these boots lose a star are:

1- The strings kind of suck. They broke fast and are overly stretchy for my liking. This is a minor issue, as nice strings are quite inexpensive (couple of dollars).
2- The boots could be more comfortable and the padding inside wears down within the first few months.

Overall, a solid inexpensive pair of boots that could last up to two years, but I would advise, for comfort sake, replacing at least yearly.

I needed a good steel toe work boot to wear outside in the elements all year around. I live in Chicago and work outside at O'Hare Air Port. I've only had them for just over a month but can say they are worth the money. These are not winter boots, but can be warn in cold weather, if wearing thick wool socks and using foot warmers.

        Pros
        - Very comfortable once you break them in.
        - Nice looking and goes with everything
        - Steel toe
        - Has a removable soft sole insert
        - Heavy duty stitching
        - Thick leather body thats flexible and doesn't crack
        - Holds in heat when needed and allows heat to escape to prevent feet from sweating
        - Heavy in weight, which equals to a well made boot
        - Water resistant

        Cons
        - Don't have any for now

I expected at least a week of discomfort from a pair of new work boots. The first two days in these were a little rough but by day 3 they were surprisingly feeling pretty good. Now they're comfy as hell, tough as nails, and they look pretty awesome.

Just 3 days into owning these boots I dropped a 300lb generator and thought it missed my foot completely. When I tried to move I found out that the generator was sitting nicely on top of my steel toe. Barely a scratch on the boot.

        - Heavy in weight, which equals to a well made boot
        - Water resistant

        Cons
        - Don't have any for now

I love these shoes! I am hard to please as well due to planters factitious, fallen arches and lots of screws in my ankle. Great arch support and really beautifully designed shoe. The photo doesn't do them justice. They make me happy looking at them and wearing them. I only wear them to work out and they feel great! Great price too!!

I originally ordered the size 11W, which was nice and wide, but a little bit too long for my foot. I then ordered the same boot from the same seller in a 10.5W and I was surprised to receive a different boot. As you can see from the picks, they look similar from the front, but the sole is completely different and the stitching is different. The real problem is that the 10.5W was much more narrow, The 11W is on the right side in the pics and you can see the difference in width. The 10.5W was good in length for me but much too narrow, I confirmed on the label that it was a wide width, but the fit was totally different from the 11W. Be aware that the fit and style you receive may vary

I do not usually leave reviews but these boots need to be hyped up so that they make them forever. I am a military veteran, current military civilian instructor, automotive hobbyist, and home handyman who is generally always around heavy objects and very dirty, slippery, oily environments a few times every single week both at work and home - and I can honestly say that these are some of the best work boots I have ever owned. Especially for the cost, which is far lower in price than lower quality workbooks such as Doc Martens Industrial (comfortable but not durable even though they have premium pricing) and any other similarly priced boot lot these Cats like Dickies (because they are usually close to $50). Not only were they very comfortable right out of the box, but the slip resistance and oil resistance is noticeably better than any other boot I have ever worn to work (military warehouses, tanks, shipping containers, industrial stuff that flattens toes and ruins work shoes) and they maintain a better clean look that allows me to still wear them with business casual work clothes as well. I could not be more satisfied not only in these boots, but knowing that I can grab another pair in a few years for the same great price.

The only negative is having to spend the time to use a Sharpie to color over the VERY yellow CAT and CATERPILLAR logos so that I am not a walking advertiesement for tractors but I guess that makes them an art project too so right on. Cheers to these boots.

Holy hell, these boots are GARBAGE. I've had them for a little over three weeks, I wear them maybe twice a week to my office job where I sit at a desk all day, and I live in southern California where there is absolutely no rain or bad weather - and the verdict? THESE BOOTS WENT TO s***. The leather is all bent and warped, the seams are fraying, they are horribly distressed looking. They look like boots I've beaten the s*** out of for ten years and never cared for. I have several other brands of boots that I have resoled over and over again over the years and have had professionally cleaned and maintained. These boots will fall apart years before the sole needs repair. How is it that the rest of the boot falls apart in three weeks, when the sole has only encountered only a couple of miles of wear? They look like trash. I would give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY.

Giving 4 stars for now but I've only worn them for 2 days so TBD. There is already a LOT of wear and tear just from wearing them for two days to my office job. Knicks all over the leather. Creases in front of the ankle. A thread hanging off the back. They are DAMN nice looking boots though. I'm hoping that the fast wear and tear is designed to give them character, because overall they feel like a great quality boot. So far I'm pleased, but like I said: TBD.

These boots are really cute and look great but they have not held up well at all. After about 2 weeks of normal (and not daily) wear (errand running, dropping kids at school) the color has worn off the heel area of the boot. I'm disappointed since these weren't the cheap. A few weeks in and these look like an old beat up pair of shoes

These boots are great. Stylish and comfortable. I can wear them all day despite the joint problems. Feet do not get hot - perfect summer boots.
I wear 7.5 and I got 7.5 and the size is just right.
On the side note: leather stains. Someone dropped a piece of apricot on the shoe so I had to wipe it with water right away. The area I washed looks darker when it dried. There is no dirty spot from fruit juice. The color is just darker now. So I wiped both boots with water entirely and now they are same darker color. BTW, I like the new color :) So maybe spray them with suede protector before going out.

Update: I've been wearing these in rain (and some snow) for about two months now and thought I'd share an updated photo.

Love these boots. I ordered my usual size, and they fit just right. I live in the Pacific NW so I applied Sno-Seal to mine to prevent the type of water damage I saw in a photo posted by another reviewer. Sno-Seal always darkens the leather, but I actually prefer the slightly darker color. The boot on the left has been Sno-Sealed, the boot on the right has not.

This is my second pair indifferent color. I purchased a lite grey pair for my orthotic insole. I wanted a darker color for winter, so I ordered the black. This work well with the insoles and very comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis since May of 2017, tried everything from therapy, shots twice in both feet, 8 different brands of shoes from Vionic, Therafit, Gravity Defyer, and several other brands. I am now having custom insoles made and considering shock therapy. Brooks Ghost has been the best shoe to use with the over the counter insoles, so I am going to use with the new custom insoles when they are completed.

I bought these when I have to get near the ocean water when it's cold in San Francisco when I do metal detecting. The opening can be closed snug so the water waves will have a harder time going in. The fit is just slightly big, just the way I want it for comfort. The padding and knot will keep my feet from coming out too. I have cheap water boots that is made for the same purpose but with those, a high wave will certainly come in easily.

I finally put my first significant tear into these boots and they've been worn hard through woods, scrap metal piles, downed barbed wire, etc. I think I can still get another year out of them after a little patch job. Excellent boots and for the price you can't go wrong as long as you get the right size. The liner will wear down and leave "fuzzy" globs. I gentle cut them off or leave them. I thought I would of had to replace the liners before the boots but apparently not! The liners are still in good shape.

I always buy cold weather boots 2-3 sizes too big so I can wear heavy wool socks while deer hunting and ice fishing. I also put a foam insole in the bottom for additional insulation. Tight boots will make your feet get cold fast. They seemed a little on the small side. Nonetheless they fit good enough. They are definitely not -40 degree boots but I live in N. Michigan, not the North Pole, so they're fine. My feet got chilly after sitting for a couple of hours on a 34 degree day. These are felt pack boots, not Thinsulate packs (which are warmer) but for the price I can't complain. I had a pair of Ranger cold weather boots with Thinsulate packs and they were awesome, even on the lake when it was 0 degrees but they dry-rotted in less than a year. They were also twice as much money. I gave them a 4 star rating because they're not -40 degree boots as advertised. I supposed if you were hiking your feet wouldn't freeze solid, but they're not for sitting still at -40 for any length of time but they are a good value for the price.

The boots are well made, clean molds and nice details. I read the reviews and notice 50% said it fits well and 50% said its too large. What wasn't explained is the 1/4" felt wrapped in the boot (the lining everyone was mentioning). The misconception was a inner lining usually meant a cotton polyester fabric. Any how, 1/4" wrap around means an 1/2".

I wear a size 9, the size 9 boot was a nice fit with the felt wrap around my ankle but was very loose above the ankle. I'm have large calves from running but there was still a lot of room which is probably great for stuffing your jeans.

My preference is without the felt. I'm a size 9, It is better to go with a size 8 for a nice fit with adverage to thick socks, or 7.5 for sneaker fit with thin socks. Put it this way, if your feet sweat, get the 8, if they don't get the 7.5.

Arrived super fast and I like that these shoes come in a hard case. What I don't like is the price, they seem to expensive (1st year cheer mom here) for what little of a shoe they are. My daughter is 9 so is growing quickly and I worry about having to buy a few pairs of these a year ot keep up. Very lightweight and material makes me nervous that they wont last. We have decided to just wear them for competition and for occasional practice just before competition to try and preserve them as long as possible. So far she has had them 2 months and they still look brand new. Not an outside shoe, only for indoor use.

My daughter goes through a pair of these each year. They are hard to find in her size unless I purchase them at one of her competitions. If I do that, I am going to spend 10% more than the Amazon price. These shoes are not very durable but I think that is by design. The shoes are meant to be lightweight, almost like a ballet slipper. Keeping that in mind, my goal is simply to get a good price when I purchase the shoes and to avoid going to a series of sporting good retailers in hopes of finding that one store that even sells the shoes - let alone one that sells them and has her size in stock. I save myself the trouble now, I just order them from Amazon Prime and they arrive in two days.

I buy a pair of Merrells twice a year for work. I work 12 hour shifts where I'm on my feet most of the time and have dealt with Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis in the past, so I'm picky about shoes. These were a bit larger in the toe box than most of my Merrells, but nothing I couldn't get used to. My usual 8.5 fit right everywhere else. The color of these is so fun, very cute. I loved how grippy they were, they were perfect for the hospital floor. Sadly, after one shift in these, my plantar fasciitis was coming back, and my hips and knees were killing me. I can't pin down where the problem is, but the arch support seems to be lacking compared to my others. Have to return them.

This shoe is very cute, and we wanted to like it. However, the shoe is soooooo stiff that my daughter absolutely hates putting them on. Once they are on, they fit well. I have tried to work the opening of the shoe for several days to "break it in" so my daughter can put them on without hurting her fingers, but the stiffness is incredible and persistent. I will never buy this brand of shoe again.

These fit me and my size 7 feet. I ordered a 7 in black and that's exactly what I received. I had actually forgotten I had bought these until reviewing my comments I realized that I haven't touched them yet. Just to try on. They fit perfectly right out of the box. I own several pairs of Bearpaw boots and I really like this company and their boots and moccasins. They're well made and if taken care of properly can last several winters. I switch them around so nothing is worn out. They'll still be in decent shape when I'm ready for another pair so I can pass them on. They do stretch with wear. Not a great deal but enough if you're wearing thick socks with them. Plus, they're very cute! Oh! Waterproof them if you're going to be wearing them in wet weather. Besides being half the price (or more) of that other brand.

This review is for Bearpaw Women's Rosie boot.
First a lot of reviews I read before buying these boots said to buy a size up, I do not suggest doing that. I have multiple shearling boots made by different companies and I wear my normal size in all of them. The boots may feel a little tight when you first get them but that is a good thing because they will stretch out a bit with wear.
Okay now on to the boot itself! I really like the style of these boots, and they look very cute on. I like the button detail and the band that loops around the button feels very sturdy which is great because I was a little worried about it being flimsy. The sole on these is awesome! They feel sturdy and tough, more like a real sole and not that almost spongy / cardboard like material that my Ukala's and apparently some Ugg's have as well. I got the "Emerald" color, which I completely love! It is a nice forest green and goes well with so many colors. These boots are warm and comfortable and they feel very well made, I think they will last me for a very long time. I would highly recommend these boots as well as other Bearpaw boots, I know I will be buying more!

Unfortunately this is the 3rd pair of Bearpaw boots I have purchased. All of them had serious flaws. After wearing less then 2 months to school, one pair developed holes in the toes. The next pair, worn for 3 months, had cloth covering the top come undone. The last pair purchased this year had the thread from the button come out on both boots and then the rubber loop that goes around the button broke after one month. I have had difficulty getting cooperation from the seller of the last pair.

Good quality shoes at a decent price. We bought these for our two year old boy and they've held up very nicely. With them being Velcro, putting them on and taking them off has been super easy. They seem to fit as expected.

These shoes are very comfortable, perfectly supportive, and they look great! I’m not a runner, but I’m on my feet a lot. These keep my feet (and my back) feeling great!

I appreciate the consistency of Brooks Ghost shoes. They all have a wide toe box and plenty of room for my orthotics.

Haven't owned a pair of New Balence in a while so forgot how they are a little bit on the bigger size spectrum. But for everyday walking they will be great. They feel good after wearing all day. Changed laces to gray so they don't have that "old-man" look to them...ha!

I think this is the fourth or fifth time we've bought this brand and style for my boys and though I keep looking at others, we always come back to these. They can run around in them all day. They stay on, and last a long time. And my guys are rough on their shoes. By the time we need new ones, the velcro is coming loose, and the toes are totally scuffed, but the shoes have held together really well. The variety of colors also means my boys can find something they're happy with.

        Highly recommend.

Very nice style. Comfy fit. Im a 5 and bought a 5- and they fit fine. These ones seem truer to size than other skechers I have purchased in the past.

Good 'ole classic Crocs - still as good as they ever were and love the colours. They last for ages! However I bought these as a present and unfortunately didn't fully open them. Wrapped them up and gave them to the birthday girl only to discover that the heel bar was missing from one shoe and it was past the 30 day return period when I found out. Very shoddy quality control

        Beware.... These are men's sizes so if ordering a women's size 6 you'll actually get a men's size 6.

Love, love, love these boots. I'm very happy with this purchase. They fit perfectly, they look fantastic and are very comfortable. I love that even though you see all the buckles and zippers on the outside of the boots you do not have to undo them to put the boots on, this is merely for "the look" of the boot. On the inner side of each boot is a plain zipper to unzip the boots and put them on. They fit comfortably with boot socks or regular socks.

Super awesome looking and warm... But if I even step on any slight moisture on the ground my feet get soaked. I'm guessing the seam is not quality like the rest of the boot. Otherwise very sleek, cute, and comfortable. I have wide feet and have no issue at all with comfort. I live in a very cold climate and as long as I wear warm socks these do the trick. Also I have narrow calves, often I find it difficult to find boots that I'm not swimming in... But I do not have an issue with the fit of these at all. Easy to clean as well!

I always have trouble finding something to fit me and look stylish. This fits the bill to a tee. I wear a wide and was worried but when I put them on I thought how long before they hurt. I ended up wearing them all day and the next day to work and still not in pain. I didn't have put on thick socks or even put in insoles. They are perfect. At this price they can not be beat. Thinking I need to order another pair in a different color next
